因执行美国海外资产控制办公室（OFAC）的制裁合规要求，Telegram的短网址域名 t.me 于周一被域名注册商DomainME短暂暂停解析。据悉，美方周一宣布制裁一家VPN服务商，因其制裁名单中包含该服务商的Telegram频道链接，注册商随即封禁了整个域名以规避法律风险。
目前，该域名的限制已于周二解除并恢复正常访问，域名注册商负责人已证实此消息。
