1. As a user, you must be interested in “how quickly orders are sent to the broker’s server?” This is in our hand & we send orders almost instantaneously to your stock broker using parallel processing 2. As you can see from the image; around [95%] of the processing time is spent on “waiting for a response from your broker” 2. 95% wait time is when your broker is having normal performance 4. When brokers servers are responding slowly, we see that more than 99.5% of the times is spent on waiting for a response 5. Also note that even if a few responses take longer, our server has to wait for all responses as we cannot show you partial results 6. So in simple words, the faster your broker's server responds the better performance you will see on our side

Aliceblue having issues today Although currently orders are going fine, but there have reports of intermittent issues for Aliceblue (like orders being rejected). Please actively monitory your portfolio.

Please investigate the cause.

Now it's working fine, but he tried placing an order from Aliceblue terminal & then also he got same error.

We do see issues with a few brokers due to expiry date change. Please note that this is due to inconsistent data received in the symbol file from the broker. We are investigating this matter.

5Paisa instruments file issue We are managing an issue with 5 paisa instrument file. Hence some services are being restarted

Trade screen fixes We have released some additional fixes as per feedback received from the users.

Off. => Positions with different quantity is allowed (earlier system used to take only one [minimum] quantity, now it automatically populates different quantity of each position) 2. Total lifetime billing & billing plan information on (User -> Account) page 3. Trade Screen => [Order type] Default value can be set in (Settings -> General) page 4. Trade Screen => New last used symbols button for quick access to recently traded symbols 5. Trade Screen => LTP is also shown next to buy/sell button (useful for smaller screen size devices) 6. Trade Screen => Search by strike price now shows results on NIFTY & BANKNIFTY on top (for quicker access) 7. Trade Screen => While entering different quantity, all accounts/groups will be selected by default (to save data entry time) 8. Trade Screen => Various other minor enhancements for better usability Note: Special thanks all the users who shared their feedback. Release is going live tonight.

Angel Issue seems RESOLVED now We have not received any update from Angel. However, we do see orders going through now without any lag.

Angel Major Slowness in API Response We are seeing major delay in angel api response, trying to communicate with their team.
