IMP - Profitmart Users
1. Please go to menu (Settings -> Trading Accounts)
2. Edit your Profitmart account
3. Enter your TOTP Key (earlier you were putting PAN or DOB here)
4. Click Validate & Save
How to obtain TOTP key?

Emergency release @ 4pm today
A patch for the recent change made by Profitmart will go live @ 4pm.
The reasons for doing the release @ 4pm (and not at midnight):
- To allow our Profitmart users to upgrade their accounts (they need to setup the TOTP key)
- As this change is happening midweek, we also need some time to monitor stability of the system
Note: Expected downtime is 10 to 15 mins.
Profitmart Login Issues
Profitmart was allowing login using PAN or DOB in the TOTP field so far. But it seems they have stopped it all of a sudden.
Now they have made it mandatory to use TOTP/OTP.
We are working on an emergency change to support TOTP for Profitmart.
The change will go live tonight.
Tomorrow will be a full trading day and on monday i.e 22nd Jan market will remain closed. There will be NO DR by exhange tomorrow.
Important update for Upstox users
1. Upstox changes mentioned in this message 👆 are live.
2. We have successfully verified the changes with our own Upstox accounts.
3. We request users to login & place some sample orders to test & report issues (if any)
Note: Due to Upstox's security settings, we cannot test any changes from our test environment. Hence, we had to release the changes on our main servers & ask the users to verify.
Upstox upgrades
Upstox API team is requesting certain upgrades as documented on their API page.

We will be pushing these changes tonight alongwith other changes to overcome the *Access Denied* errors that can be seen at times.
We have had couple of calls with Upstox's tech team regarding *Access Denied* errors. A solution has been mutually agreed.
Kotak Neo is having issues on their servers today
We have conveyed it to Kotak API team, they are looking into it. We shall provide further update once we hear back from them.
After reporting it to AliceBlue multiple times, they have reported back to us today that a fix has been applied for Session Expired errors on AliceBlue.
Thank you to all AliceBlue customers who reported the issue.
Error from Upstox: [Access denied | service.upstox.com used Cloudflare to restrict access]
These errors can be intermittently seen on Upstox. We have reported these to them on 2nd Jan & have been following it up.
We have even reported it today as well.
Although, these errors do go away after some time. These are definitely very difficult as it takes away a trader's confidence from the system.
Our experience in the past with Upstox support was not great, we were promised better support. But it seems things are still the same.
We have low confidence in Upstox's support. We recommend new users to avoid it (if possible).

Angel Users - Order cancel/modify error
If you are facing following error:
Could not find trading platform order for: <order_id>
Please do the following:
1. Go to menu (Settings -> Trading Accounts)
2. Select the Angel account/s
3. Click (Non-Live) button on top
4. Select the Angel account/s (one more time)
4. Click (Live) button on top
Angel website also not loading, so seems there are multiple issues on Angel's side today. Trade carefully.
Angel showing yesterday's data
Yesterday's closed positions/orders data is being shown by Angel API. We have opened a ticket.

AliceBlue - Session Expired Errors
We are seeing increased number of these errors. The matter with all details has already been reported to AliceBlue & their team is looking into this.
If you retry the error goes away, but this error is affecting smooth trading experience for AliceBlue users.
Upstox - Access Denied errors
We have started seeing these errors off late. This was informed to Upstox on Friday, but have not received any update yet.
The error goes away after some time as per our observations.
This needs a fix on Upstox's side & we are following it up with them.
