5Paisa connection issues We are seeing no response on loading order book etc. We are trying to get in touch with their API team.

Finvasia & Mastertrust - Changes Tonight, we will be publishing following changes for these 2 brokers: 1. Symbols will be downloaded from new source (this is as per broker recommendations) 2. This should allow Finvasia users to trade BSE derivatives. 3. Mastertrust BSE derivatives symbol data has issues & we have notified it to mastertrust. Once they fix it, then users will be able to trade BSE derivatives on Mastertrust as well. What to monitor? - Please keep a watch on any missing order or symbol not found error for these 2 brokers

Aliceblue RESOLVED They mentioned that they have fixed it for all clients now.

AliceBlue issue - Update Although AliceBlue mentioned that issue resolved, but it is still present on their APIs. We are getting authorization errors from AliceBlue, it has been notified to their tech team...awaiting response.

Aliceblue issues We are seeing connection timeout errors. It has been reported to AliceBlue.

Some users requested that they did not want their trading accounts to be auto-recharged. So we have added a new setting for this purpose. It can be found under menu: Settings -> General

5Paisa intermittent errors We are seeing unauthorized error messages randomly on 5Paisa broker. This has been notified to the broker's tech team & they are looking into it.

Copying method guideline There are two methods of copy trading in the system. 1. PMS Copy - Much better for manual traders 2. Master-child - Ideally should only be used by those who want to copy orders coming from an algo

We see few "manual traders" using master-child. This is like using a wrong tool for the job.

PMS Copy is 100 times better than master-child, please carefully read the difference link given below: https://stocksdeveloper.in/documentation/pms-vs-master-child/ Note: All of our features are bundled in a single package. So we do not get any extra money if you use PMS. The only reason we recommend PMS for "manual traders" is we know that it is much better & we have seen many manual traders regret using master-child once they find out the limitations in a hard way. Master-child's design idea of being able to trade only in a single account seems very attractive. But master-child design has many known drawbacks. No matter you are using master-child from us or any other vendor.

Upstox login issues They have changed firewall setting which resulted blocking of automated login. We are reporting it to them. We will update you once we hear from them.

Zerodha - Update We have always had additional checks on "our" side to NOT SEND ORDERS TO ZERODHA SERVERS WHEN MARKETS ARE CLOSED. This is because lots of orders during non-market hours results in Zerodha blocking server's IP addresses. This caused an issues during Muhurat trading, this check is disabled for now. Users can trade on Zerodha now.

Zerodha issue - Resolved We are not seeing errors now.
