Upstox issues We are seeing errors in Upstox accounts & currently investigating the cause. We will send further update shortly. If you are using multiple brokers, you can keep Upstox accounts non-live for time being.

Trade screen - Order splitting Limit increase The split order max limit has been changed from 20 to 60. What it means is for example: - Banknifty freeze limit is 900. - OLD limit of 20 allowed you to place a maximum quantity of 18,000 - NEW limit of 60 will allow you to place a maximum quantity of 54,000 Note: This change will go live tonight.

Aliceblue issue resolved This is as per information from Aliceblue.

AliceBlue Issue Orders are getting rejected from AliceBlue side, it has been reported to them. Their team is looking into it. Note that the issue is on AliceBlue's side (not on our side). Error: RED:Block Type:NonSqroff Reason:Exchange issue.....!!!![ ALICEBLUE NSE ]

AliceBlue - Patch Released We have *just released* another patch for login issues. There should not be any login issues now for AliceBlue. If you observe anything, please notify us.

Nominee update - deadline approaching This is a general notification regarding regulation mandate to add nominee to your DMAT account (if not already done so). Please note that the deadline is September 30, 2023 & many brokers have given their own deadlines which are prior to this date. Please verify your trading accounts, otherwise you may face difficulties. https://eservices.nsdl.com/instademat-kyc-nomination/#/login You can use above link or check with your stock broker to understand the nominee update process.

Aliceblue Password issues It turns out that the cause for this was that Aliceblue has changed the login flow urls. We were not aware of it as login automation APIs are not publicly documented. We will update the system to use new urls. The changes will go live tonight. Until then, if you see any issues just ask the client to do manual login in to ANT website once. That should resolve the problem.

Aliceblue issues observed in morning checks We had changed the password yesterday & today morning I am getting this error. Please Enter Valid Password Note that the password is correct. Clients note that this is part of the ongoing issues with Aliceblue, you might have to reset the password once again. Please check your Aliceblue accounts.

AliceBlue update - Possible Solution This is only for those users who are facing issues with AliceBlue. Login issues or order failing with "KAMBALA ENABLED" error. 1. Go to AutoTrader menu (Settings -> Trading Account) 2. Select your aliceblue account by clicking on the row & click (Non-Live) button to make it non-live 3. Reset your password as mentioned by AliceBlue here. http://alicebluefinancialservicesprivatelimited.viewpage.co/Kambala-Migration-New 4. After resetting the password, make sure that you are able to login to AliceBlue website (https://ant.aliceblueonline.com/). If ant website shows password incorrect, then reset the password again. We had to reset it 2 times. 5. Go to AutoTrader menu (Settings -> Trading Account). Click on your aliceblue login id to go to EDIT mode. 6. Update the password to the newly set password. Click Validate & Save. 7. Make your account LIVE again.

AliceBlue update 1. AliceBlue has made some changes internally which is resulting in many errors. - Password wrong - Account blocked - Kambala enabled (rejection reason for order) - Users unalle to login 2. It seems they are doing migration to new API vendor called KAMBALA & it is not being done properly. Note: There is nothing we can do about it at the moment, you need to raise complaints to the highest authorities of AliceBlue. All vendors integrated with AliceBlue api are facing these issues.

AliceBlue - Slowness today In addition to various issues seen today, there is slowness in receiving response from AliceBlue. https://community.aliceblueonline.com/t/many-issues-in-aliceblue-api/7931/2 Please report to aliceblue & have them fix, there is nothing we or any other vendor can do from our side. The problem is from their end & a fix is needed from their side. All other brokers are working fine.

Aliceblue API - IMP Update 1. Please note that we are seeing issues only for few accounts. 2. Aliceblue has been asking many users to reset their password for security reasons. IIFL Issue - RESOLVED Received a response from IIFL tech team, they confirmed that the issue has been resolved by them.

Angel Issue - RESOLVED Finally managed to speak to Angel tech team, they confirmed that the issue has been resolved.

IIFL & Angel - Issue updates 1. IIFL - One of IIFL tech team member confirmed that there is an ongoing issue & it is being looked at by them. 2. Angel - Ticket opened. Unable to get in touch with their tech team on phone.
