Snake near W41 lawn area - Update 1 Dear Residents, This is a follow-on update related to the snake in W41 lawn area. We were unable to trace it, Pest Control has sprayed Snake Repellent in multiple areas of the lawn where movement was observed and few other openings, hence we will be restricting the W41 lawn, Volley Ball Court P2, W41 Kids Play area to Residents for 3-4 days. Guard has been deployed in the area and we request Residents to take note of the same and co-operate with Security. We also request residents to stay watchful through out as they tend to come out during Summer due to excessive heat. Please reach out to association@sdatropicalgreens.com for any concerns. Fire Evacuation Mock drill on 19th MARCH- 2023,10:00am to 11:00pm. Dear Residents, In regards to the above subject and as per the National Building Code of India and Fire Department norms mandate a full-fledged Fire Evacuation Drill to be conducted once every six months to create fire safety awareness among occupants and check the preparedness of the ERT Team. Notice is hereby given to Residents of SDARF Wings 13 to 17 for participating in a Fire Evacuation Drill Tomorrow 19th March- 2023 between 10:00 am to 11:00 pm We request your full cooperation during the evacuation drill. Further advice for your domestic helps you attend these drills without fail to learn about using Fire Extinguishers for effective fire intervention. All occupants present in the building at the time of the Fire Evacuation Drill are expected to participate in the Drill. The Fire Alarm (Siren) will sound and announcements will be made to residents to evacuate the building for 10 minutes. All Residents are expected to evacuate the building using the Fire Exit Staircase. LIFTS ARE NOT TO BE USED AND ALL WINGS LIFTS WILL BE NON-OPERATIONAL. Do not panic or create panic, please evacuate the building in an orderly fashion using the fire exit, do not run, and walk briskly. Please ensure that your apartment switches off all electrical points and gas burners before you start the evacuation. Fire Team Members will be stationed near the wings to guide the residents during evacuation. Please gather in the Designated Safe Assembly Area at Wing -12 (OWC Level-01 Visitor car parking. Team members will be doing a Fire Safety Demonstration for the benefit of residents, which will last half an hour. The following topics would be covered: Fire Safety and Fire Safety Mechanisms available in your Building. Different Types of Fire extinguishers available in your building, and when and how to use them. (Live Demo) Fire Hydrant/ Risers System Demo. If any occupant of the building needs assistance to evacuate (Senior Citizens, Pregnant Ladies, Differently Abled Persons), please get in touch with the Fire team or help desk before the start of the Mock Fire Drill.
