Q. Why are there no charging stations in basement -2? A. We are unable to install charging stations in basement -2 as Sobha has given EV charging stations only in -1. We can potentially install EV charging stations in -2 but then there is additional cost for mobile signal boosters as there are network issues in basement -2.

Fire Evacuation Mock drill on 26th FEB- 2023,10:00am to 12:00pm. Dear Residents , In regards to the above mentioned subject and as per National Building Code of India and Fire Department norms mandates a full-fledged Fire Evacuation Drill to be conducted once in every six months to create fire safety awareness among occupants and check preparedness of the ERT Team. Notice is hereby given to Residents of SDARF Wings 07 to 12 for participating in a Fire Evacuation Drill 26th Feb- 2023 between 10:00am to 12:00pm We request your full cooperation during the evacuation drill. Further advice your domestic helps to attend these drills without fail to gain knowledge on using Fire Extinguishers for effective fire intervention. All occupants present in the building at the time of Fire Evacuation Drill are expected to participate in the Drill. The Fire Alarm (Siren) will sound and announcements will be made into residents to evacuate the building for 10 minutes. All Residents are expected to evacuate the building using the Fire Exit Staircase. LIFTS ARE NOT TO BE USED AND ALL WINGS LIFTS WILL BE NON-OPERATIONAL. Do not panic or create panic, please evacuate the building in an orderly fashion using the fire exit, do not run, and walk briskly. Please ensure that all electrical points and gas burners are switched off in your apartment before you start evacuation. Fire Team Members will be stationed near the wings to guide the residents during evacuation. Please gather in the Designated Safe Assembly Area at the Wing -12 (OEC Level-01 Visitor carparking. Team members will be doing a Fire Safety Demonstration for the benefit of residents, which will last half an hour. The following topics would be covered: Fire Safety and Fire Safety Mechanisms available in your Building. Different Types of Fire extinguishers available in your building, when and how to use them. (Live Demo) Fire Hydrant/ Risers System Demo. If any occupant of the building needs assistance to evacuate (Senior Citizens, Pregnant Ladies, Differently Abled Persons), please get in touch with the Fire team or help desk before the start of the Mock Fire Drill.
