SIPPA: Saskatchewan ready to practice, 🛑 Currently there are three iterations of SIPPA per year; winter, spring and fall.(usually in January, May and September.) ❗️Eligibility for SIPPA does not guarantee a position in SIPPA. ❗️Competitive program! The target number for each iteration is 12. Requirements: 1. Passed MCCQE1 2. NAC ( At least 75) 3. IELTS ( 7-Each skill) 4. Permanent resident of Canada 5. At least 3 years experience as a Family physician.(the most responsible doctor) 6. Practice as a Full_time Family doctor at least 3 months in last 3 years. ✅ Eligible applicants who have successfully completed the saskdocs pre-screen will be invited to take the SIPPA TDM examination. 🔰 Then the candidates will get educational licence for 12 weeks clinical field assessment. 🛑SIPPA is not a clinical training program . Candidate are assessed at the level of Canadian trained Family physician entering practice. Evaluation occurs in multiple setting ( ER, inpatient ward, long term care) ✅ Finally, the candidat will get provincial licence to do return of service for 3 years.

OTTAWA, April 10, 2019 – 3,294 graduating students and physicians matched to residency training programs in Canada in this year’s R-1 Main Residency Match (R-1 match), the Canadian Resident Matching Service (CaRMS) announced today. The R-1 match, managed by CaRMS, is an integral step in the career progression of physicians in the Canadian healthcare system. A total of 2,881 Canadian medical graduates (CMGs) were matched to residency programs. The number of unmatched current year CMGs after the second iteration of the match declined from last year, to 31 (1.1 per cent) from 69 (2.4 per cent) in the 2018 R-1 match. Additionally, 391 international medical graduates and 22 United States medical graduates matched to residency positions this year. There were 3,346 positions in the match, 98.4 per cent of which were filled. At the end of the match 52 residency positions were unfilled, 33 of which were in Family Medicine.

As the COVID-19 situation in Canada and abroad continues to evolve rapidly, the Medical Council of Canada (MCC) has decided to postpone the April 15 to May 15, 2020 session of the MCC Qualifying Examination (MCCQE) Part I. ✅ در بین امتحانات پزشکی در کانادا تنها امتحانی رو که میتوان rescore کرد امتحان #NAC هست. یعنی علیرغم پاس کردن اگر تمایل به گرفتن نمره بهتری دارید میتوانید دوباره شرکت کنید. 🛑مجموعا میتوان ٣ بار در امتحان NAC شرکت نمود . ولی نمیتوان در دو نوبت پشت سر هم امتحان داد.(یعنی اگر سپتامبر ٢٠٢٠ امتحان داده شود نمیتوان در امتحان مارچ ٢٠٢١شرکت کرد.و برای سپتامبر ٢٠٢١میتوان ثبت نام نمود.) ⭕️ The NAC exam cannot be taken in consecutive sessions.

✅ #MCCQE2: Limited exam attempts beginning in January 2018: 1. Beginning in January 2018, you may take the MCCQE Part II up to a maximum of four times. 2. You cannot retake the exam if you have a pass result. 3. A one-year waiting period will be required between the third and fourth attempt. 4.After four attempts, in exceptional personal circumstances, you can request to the Central Examination Committee for special permission to make a fifth attempt. 4.Exam attempts before 2018 do not count towards the total limit; the count will start in 2018.✅ 5. As well, a result of “no standing” will not count as an attempt. However, failing or a status of “denied standing” will be considered attempts.
