Regretfully, we will not be accepting new applications for the May/June 2021 session of the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE) Part II.

We are shifting to a virtual exam delivery offering for the MCCQE Part II, to begin in May 2021. In addition to virtual exam delivery, we are also looking at ✅more frequent exam delivery ✅and moving away from only offering exam sessions twice per year in 2021. This will allow us to reduce the backlog and be able to offer a timely exam experience to the 2021 candidate group.

📚The Medical Council of Canada (MCC) will make every effort to assess as many candidates as possible in May/June 2021. This session will accommodate approximately 2,200 candidates. Currently, we have 2,133 candidates who were deferred from the May 2020 administration and adding those also deferred from October 2020, there are approximately 4,550 current candidates. Only when the delayed candidates have been processed will new registrations be accepted in future sessions. | 1 694 |

We are pleased to confirm that, beginning May 18, 2021, the Medical Council of Canada (MCC) will offer a virtual delivery of the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE) Part II. The MCC plans to offer the exam over 20 days in May and June. The virtual delivery of the MCCQE Part II will enable candidates to resume their path to full licensure and offer them more flexibility.

Candidates will complete the exam in a single day from a remote location (such as their home or office) using a secure virtual examination delivery platform provided through a partnership with Education Management Solutions (EMS). Priority will be given to those who were not able to write their exam due to the postponed May and October 2020 sessions and February 2021 session, since many now have a provisional, temporary or restricted license.

Recent administrations of MCCQE II, in May 2020 and in October 2020, were postponed due to the pandemic guidelines established by health authorities. Regrettably, these postponements impacted several hundred candidates, who are now practising on provisional, temporary or restricted licenses. The MCC is currently in the process of shifting to a virtual and semi-continuous delivery which, as soon as this spring, will result in more frequent opportunities for candidates to take the MCCQE Part II, a decreased need for candidate travel and a reduced risk of cancellation.

| 17 | 🛑 درمورد نحوه تایید مدارک در وبسایت MCC توضیحات کامل در پستهای قبلی داده شده است. اما این تاییدیه چه کاربرداهایی دارد:
✅ برای ریجسترشدن در هر کالج پزشکی در کانادا مدارک را توسط اکانتتون با کالج مربوطه میتونید shareکنید.
✅ در پروسه امتحانات, اپلای برای رزیدنتی , برنامه های استانی مدارکتون در سایت MCC با ارگان مربوطه با کسب اجازه از خود شما share خواهد شد.
🌐 اما برای اپلای در هر پروگرامی غیر از موارد بالا مثلا ماستر , ضوابط خاص اون دانشگاه یا کالج رو باید بپرسید. در اکثر نه همه موارد تایید شدن مدرک توسط MCC برای اون ها قابل قبول نیست. و از شما میخوان مدارکتون در وب سایت WES مجدد تایید بشه و یا دانشگاه محل تحصیلتون ریز نمراتتون رو در پاکت مهرموم به دانشگاه مورد نظرتون در کانادا ارسال کند.
📝البته برای برخی سرتیفیکتها ممکنه قابل قبول باشه(مثلا دانشگاه رایرسون برای برخی از سریتفیکت هاش قبلا قبول میکرد) البته در سایتشون نوشته نشده است . قبل از هر اقدامی از دانشگاهی که قصد اپلای دارید ایمیل بزنید و بپرسید.
✅ نتیجه اینکه تایید مدارک در MCC برای ارگانهایی که مربوط به پروگرمهای رزیدنتی یا استانی است فقط ضروری ست و اگر همکاری قصد گرفتن ماستر و بعدا کار غیر پزشکی دارد نیازی به این اکانت نخواهد داشت.
❇️ در صورت گرفتن#LMCC (که لازمه اون پاس کردن هر دو امتحان MCCQE1 & MCCQE 2 است) کارتی به شما مشابه کارت نظام پزشکی ایران داده خواهد شد. که البته برای پرکتیس کردن در کانادا کافی نیست ولی الزامی است. | 2 341 |

Therapeutics Decision Making (TDM)
The term Therapeutics is defined as the application of knowledge in the pharmacological and non-
pharmacological management of medical conditions.
It consists of patient-based scenarios representing common or important clinical presentations and problems that family physicians practicing in Canada should be able to competently manage in the following dimensions of medical care: health promotion
and illness prevention, acute illness, chronic illness, and safety and adverse effects.
✅ The examination is comprised of 40 cases with approximately 100 short-answer write-in questions.
🛑 Candidates are allowed up to three hours to complete the examination. The content is developed by the
MCC and the examination is administered by the Practice-Ready
Assessment (PRA) programs for use in the selection of candidates into PRA programs.
🛑 How long is a TDM exam pass result valid and how many times can I take the TDM examination?
Results are valid across jurisdictional PRA programs that require the TDM examination.
Candidates are required to declare previous TDM examination attempts.
A pass result will be valid for a period of two years.
🛑You are allowed a maximum of two pass results per lifetime. If you obtain a pass result, you will not be allowed
to retake the examination in an attempt to get a higher score within the two-year period.
🛑 If you obtain a fail result, you may attempt the examination once more within the two-year period but
no earlier than seven months from your previous attempt.
No scores will be reported to you; only the pass/fail result will be communicated through the PRA
programs.
🛑 The pass score for this exam is 62.

تغییرات اعمال شده در امتحان نک در سپتامبر ٢٠٢٠ در نتیجه پاندمی شامل موارد زیر است:
١. مهمترین تغییر حذف انجام معاینه بالینی است. و کاندیدا فقط به اگزمینر توضیح خواهد داد که چه معاینه ای باید انجام گیرد و علت انجام این معاینه چیست.
٢. جایگزین کردن stationهای سوالات پایلوت(بدون نمره) با waiting station. این شانس رو دارید که بین استیشن ها ( دردو station) استراحت کوتاهی کنید . و در صورت نیاز به دستشویی برید.
٣.عدد اسکور تون رو مشابه امتحانات قبلی دریافت نمیکنید. و نتیجه در سه گروه اعلام خواهد شد:
Pass/Fail
حداقل پرفورمنس رو داشتید یا نه.
Pass with Superior performance :
Stronger performance.
🔴Pass /Fail
قابل مقایسه با نمرات کاندیداهای امتحانات قبلی هست. ولی برای مورد سوم توان مقایسه با کاندیداهای دورهای قبلی وجود ندارد و فقط مختص کاندیداهای این دوره از امتحان نک است.
