Court SUMMARY for Jimeone Roberts and Arthur Stickering was done outside David Southwick's office and other areas around North Caulfield a day after the Swastika ban legislation was passed. Witnesses saw this and notified CSG (Community Security group). An actual CSG member saw Jimeone and Arthur stickering and started filming on mobile. They were placed under arrest for "offensive behaviour". Stickers were located on the accused in bum bag and pockets. Over 50 racist stickers posted in North Caulfield. Prosecution claimed this act "injured the comfort of the public". The duty lawyer argued that there is an implied right to free speech in the constitution. To which the prosecution immediately responded that there is a "line between freedom of expression and hatred". They also mentioned this was an anti semitic crime that was in protest to the swastika ban legislation a day before. The Judge honoured the duty lawyer's request for a discounted sentence given that the sentencing would be done early. If this was to drag on there would likely have been prison time. Judge stated that he will give Jimeone a community corrections order "by a whisker". Jimeone has copped 200 hours community service over a period of 18 months and been found guilty for the charge of "public nuisance". The judge also condemned Jimeone's actions and stated (the following paraphrase is 95 % accurate) , "One of the most disgusting vile repugnant acts of antisemitism and racial behavior that I have ever seen....Your behaviour is evil and vile...It has no place in modern Australian society..Let this be a lesson to you and everyone out there this is repugnant behaviour and has no place in modern Australian society...." The judge also stated that had Jimeone not done his hearing today he would have sent him to prison for a month. An Australian citizen almost went to prison today because of some stickers in a Jewish area, whereas violent and repeat offenders get away with their crimes with lesser sentences. What happenned with Jim proves that the system will try and fuck over people for offending Jewish sensitivities. People must understand that a man was lucky to not go to prison for a month for posting some stickers. This should fill us with righteous anger but also make us realise that the struggle must go on against Jewish supremacism. Arthur's case has been adjourned till August 29. Not a lot of evidence against him plus he has no priors so it is likely he will get found not guilty, get a diversion or a very light sentence.

Vanilla gorilla court case is happening now. Media is present. His duty lawyer has requested a fine instead of prison time. The prosecution has stated that this was a politically motivated anti Semitic crime. The prosecution has asked for term of imprisonment.
