People want everything to happen immediately these days, if they donât see immediate progress they get demoralised and quit, this is a long struggle and will take us many decades to achieve our goals.
Quitting just confirms your own demoralised reality and sets your brothers back. Every potentially useful member that quits can take weeks, months, even years to replace. We would be years ahead of where we are if every bloke that complained âwe should be years ahead of where we areâ; actually stayed the course and worked towards that progress they claim should have already happened.
