Today, the visit to Sendafa Health Center to meet the Vocational Training Team (VTT) from the USA was a tremendous success. The VTT is engaged in providing medical services in collaboration with local health professionals and social workers. They aim to reach 5,000 patients by the end of this week. It was an absolute joy to meet the Rotarians who provide these essential services. They have brought a substantial supply of drugs, medical equipment, and home health kits, benefiting hundreds of households in the area. The visit was made even more special by the presence of the Ethiopian medical team and Rotaractors from RAC Menen, who are medical students. Their involvement highlights the spirit of Rotary and the shared commitment to improving healthcare access for all. In addition to the medical services, we received a plot of land to build a toilet for mothers who deliver at the health center. This initiative will significantly enhance the health and well-being of new mothers and their babies. This joint effort underscores the power of global synergy and the impact of Rotary's mission to serve and uplift communities worldwide.
