โ๏ธ๐ค Send lots of Salawat upon the Prophet ๐คโ๏ธ
Sending แนฃalฤwat upon the Prophet ๏ทบ on Friday is better than on the rest of the days, and its night (Thursday night) is the best of nights.
He ๏ทบ said, โAmong the best of your days is Friday, so frequently send แนฃalฤh upon me therein.โ

Surah al-Ikhlฤแนฃ - Brief Commentary of Verse 1
ูููู ูููู ุงููููฐูู ุฃูุญูุฏู
Say, He is Allah, the One,
โข Sลซrah al-Ikhlฤs is a perfect summary and description of Allah (subแธฅฤnahลซ wa taสฟฤlฤ).
โข โAllahโ is the One who is adored and worshipped. The Name โAllahโ includes all of His majestic and beautiful qualities and attributes.
โข The Sลซrah begins by affirming that Allah is โOneโ. He is Unique in His Perfection, in His Most Beautiful Names and Perfect Lofty Attributes, and He is Unique in His Perfect Deeds. There is nothing like Him.
โข The Arabic word used in the Sลซrah to affirm that Allah is โOneโ (Aแธฅad) also carries the meaning of โonlyโ i.e. His oneness is unique, and there is none like Him.
Surah al-Ikhlฤแนฃ - Brief Commentary of Verse 2
ุงูููููฐูู ุงูุตููู
ูุฏู
The Self-Sufficient Master
In this verse, Allah describes Himself as โal-แนขamadโ. Al-แนขamad is the Perfect Master, the One who the whole creation turns to for the fulfilment of their needs. He needs no one, but everyone needs Him, and are fully dependent on Him. He is Perfect in His knowledge, mercy, wisdom, power, honour and glory. Since He is perfect, He doesnโt need anyone, as nothing they can do can benefit or harm Him. He does not feel hunger nor thirst. He is the Everlasting who will never perish. To Him and Him alone are all prayers and supplications addressed. He and only He decides everything independently, and no one shares His authority.

๐ *_FORGIVENESS_* ๐
*Continued...*โ๐ป
Sometimes we avoid apologizing to a human being because we feel we will be rejected, or that that person will make it very hard for us to be forgiven โ so we end up just avoiding the situation. Sometimes the shame makes us unable to say sorry. But with Allah, there should be no fear of that. When we admit to our wrongs and make a conscious and sincere effort to ask forgiveness, Allah (swt) is ready to forgive our sins even if they are like mountains. It is amazing how the very act of returning to Allah, after we have committed a wrong, is itself an act of worship that Allah loves. Allah says in a hadith qudsi:
โO son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you. O son of Adam, were you to come to Me with sins nearly as great as the earth and were you then to face Me, ascribing no partner to Me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great as it.โ [Tirmidhi]
Sometimes we assume that it is only those who have committed grave sins that need to return to Allah. But the Prophet ๏ทบ said: โBeware of minor sins. For they add on until they destroy a person.โ [Ahmad, Tabarani]
Whatever stage we are at, we need istighfaar and true repentance. If the Prophet ๏ทบ himself would seek forgiveness 70 times a day, why do we feel that we have to commit something that is especially egregious in order to ask Allah to forgive us? If we think about it, every sin is a black dot. These black dots accumulate until our hearts become hard and do not feel anymore. An example of this is with cussing or swearing. The first time we say something we shouldnโt have, we feel this twinge of guilt in our heart. Then when we keep repeating it, it becomes normalized. Why? Because our hearts become enveloped in these black dots.
