Opportunity: Strong call on LARGE PRIVATE SECTOR BANKS. Also positive on Life insurance, Autos, Cement and some capital goods & real estate.
Cautious: Select NBFCs, industrial metals, hospitals, FMCG and IT.
More positive on Large caps compared to Small caps today. That does not mean to sell small caps rather stick with fund managers who have seen multiple cycles.
Don’t focus on international headlines. Focus on domestic earnings and growth.
FII selling: He is hinting that they are possibly selling at cheaper rate and may buy at higher rate in future. We should focus on fundamentals.
Demand is healthy and markets are at neutral zone.
Focus less on perfect entry points. More focus should be on earning which should grow over your investment horizon.
Watching; Autos, cement, power and housing industry.
