Project Management Skills Capability Building Training This training is for anyone interested in taking part in the Capacity Building Training that will be held by the Myungsung Medical College Standing Committee of Public Health ( SCOPH MMC). It will be focused on Project Management skills. We will cover the following topics. 1 Project Management  2 Stakeholder Mapping and Engagement  3 Critical writing skills ( specifically project proposal writing and meeting minutes writing manual)  4 Time Management  This Capacity Building training will be held at Myungsung Medical School, on Saturday, October 14, 2023 starting from 7:30 local time or (1:30 PM). SCOPH-AA had a successful training today on psychological first aid and stress management. During the course of the day, our trainees have gained skills that will enable them to help those who are in need. We would love to thank our trainers from the psychiatry department of AAU CHS, Dr. Nardos and Dr. Eyerusalem, for dedicating their precious time from preparing the module to delivering a full day of insightful training.  We also want to thank our trainees who have joined us from different medical schools. SCOPH-HMC organized an event at Gergesenon mental healthcare center to celebrate Damera(Meskel) with the patients.With more than 300 mentally ill patients,The goal to foster mental health wellbeing was successful and worth it!

The webinar was a huge success, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Abenezer Bogale, President of EMSA-MMC, who offered so much of his time to give such a terrific SCOPH introduction. Our volunteers have made us proud!   The Mekedonia project has been completed successfully.   The project, which started with opening remarks from Professor Andualem Deneke, Chief executive director of AAU CHS, ended with a blessing from the elderly.   Mekedonia is helping more than 7,500 elderly and mentally ill people. We were able to witness the immense need for medical help in the organisation. We are pleased to have participated in a project that provided free medical and screening services for about 2000 people in Mekedonia.   We would love to thank our volunteers for making this happen. If it hadn't been for them, we couldn't have had this success.   We also love to thank Tikur Anbesa for giving us the chance to participate in this grand project.
