Big Jim sort of swung his partner too hard and accidentally let go of her. But look at how much fun she had! So much so, they have made it a part of their dance routine! “Ooh, see that girl 🎶🐮☁️👑 Watch that scene 🎶🐮☁️👑 Digging the dancing queen!” 🎶🐮☁️👑 All this nonsense about some cow jumping over the moon was conjured up by NASA and it is easily explained. It is Big Jim’s dance partner! Big Jim went into a total panic before going into action and rescuing the cows you see showering in water. He promised to have the grain auger available for them in the next video. We calmed Big Jim down by playing his favorite dance song, “Dancing in the Moonlight” which he retitled, “Dancing in the Lesser Light that Rules the Night.” When we told Big Jim those words would not fit the rest of the lyrics, he just said, “That’s not my problem.” So we simply adjusted the tempo. We just love our sing-a-longs with Big Jim, and we’ve been trusting his decisions since he started taking grain showers. Thank you for your continued prayers for Sonya, my nephew’s wife. She underwent surgery this afternoon in Charleston for placement of a stent. I understand that she will have the kidney stone blasted in about a week after a period of antibiotics. She has to stay another night in the hospital. Life really can turn on a dime, can’t it??? Linda told her people all over the country were praying for her. Sonya was comforted by that knowledge. We all need prayers. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. I have lived and learned. One of the repeated “lawfare” tactics used against me has been to try to force me to violate attorney-client privilege and/or client confidentiality under the threat of onerous financial and other sanctions being levied against me. Remember the State B.A.R. of GA Special Master’s order requiring me to produce my entire computer hard drive, email passwords, and the password to my iCloud account??? These tactics against me are being repeated in other lawfare cases against me. I refused to comply with the Special Master’s unlawful order based on attorney-client privilege and client confidentially. The Special Master used my refusal to comply as the basis to strike my defensive pleadings and enter a default judgement against me without ever having to conduct a hearing on the merits of the baseless ethics violations asserted against me by the B.A.R. for which the B.A.R. had no evidentiary support. The attorney-client privilege is a privilege that belongs to the client or former client. Maintaining client confidentiality is also a duty owed by the lawyer to the client or former client. I will always resist such efforts to force me to betray my duties to my clients and former clients. I will continue to put my clients’ and former clients’ best interests ahead of mine regardless of the threats made against my personal interests. Even in retirement, I will uphold the duties I owe my clients or former clients. Where client consent is required by law, I will not comply with the demands of third parties without client consent. Even though I am a retired lawyer, my professional duties to my clients did not retire or expire with my retirement. What did I miss today??? My day was a busy one in Atlanta!!! I spent several hours working on lawfare. John Exum who is now my co-counsel is doing great legal work for me. John is like a first-year professional baseball player who bypassed the minors and went straight to the majors. He is performing very well at the major league level!!! Thank you, John!!! And yes, my dear friend, Jill Roberts, gave me a much needed haircut!!! Jill has been cutting my hair for 25 years!!! I love spending time with her. Thank you, Jill!!! Then dinner tonight with my Atlanta next door neighbor and dear friend, Bob Sauban, to belatedly celebrate his November 6 birthday. Allie and I had a travel day today to Atlanta. We arrived safely a few minutes ago. I just got off the phone with Jen O’Dwyer, my sister in Christ. She and her husband, Steve, are special people in my life. Jen informed me that after 8 years in remission, her cancer has recurred. I had spoken to her during a recent hospitalization but she chose not to tell me at that time about the cancer diagnosis. She thought I had too much on my plate and she did not want to add to my burdens at that time. Just like Jen to be thinking of others instead of herself!!! Jen asked me to post this news to solicit your prayers. I ask that you join me in praying for Jen, Steve, their children, and family. They have a tough road ahead for the next few days, months, and hopefully, years. But they will never walk that road alone. Jesus Christ will walk with them every step of the way. Jen promised me that she and Steve would be at the #FightBack rally on December 9. I pray that they will attend many #FightBack rallies with me for years to come. I am again reminded this evening that life in earth is a wisp of wind. We were not created for this world. We were created to live in the House of the LORD forever with Jesus Christ. I quote below Jen’s favorite Bible verse: “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” - Philippians 4:13 Pray for Jen and her family. I love them. Jesus Christ loves them more. I want to thank Attorney Barry Moscowitz of Thompson Coe in Dallas, TX and Attorney Roland Schafer of Bonds Ellis Eppich Schafer Jones LLP in Fort Worth, TX for their professionalism and excellent work in obtaining a dismissal of the John Sabal libel complaint against me. They had the courage to represent me and in the finest tradition of lawyers, they zealously advocated for me. There are still a few good lawyers out there and Barry and Rollie are very good lawyers. I praise the LORD for leading me to them. And I praise Him for the many donors to #FightBack who contributed to helping me defend this lawfare battle. Many more legal battles still ahead but we will fight them one day at a time. Together. Thank you for your continued support and encouragement. Fighting against political lawfare is not fun. It is actually painful in many ways. But it is also a blessing in disguise in that I am blessed each day by my supporters. I will continue to defend myself with TRUTH and prayer.
