Because the 2020 election was unlawful based on well-established law, our country did not need to be distracted, discouraged, and thrown into chaos and confusion by attacking the election based on fraud (although fraud was rampant). Fraud is a factual issue that requires extensive discovery and takes years to resolve. That is why at the time in November of 2020, I did not want or agree to be involved in Sid Powell’s election “fraud” cases (only to later learn that my name was put on Sid’s complaints without my knowledge or consent). The issue should have been a simple, legal issue: Key states allowed changes in the election procedures that were NOT approved by the state legislatures. The elections in those states should have been deemed illegal and void as a matter of law and their electoral votes rejected. A simple legal position that could have been easily resolved before the electoral college voted. Result: In the states where the election was lawful, President Trump would have won the election in an electoral college landslide. Why do you think I was so adamant in November and December of 2020 that GA Gov. Freemason Brian “Wimpy Commie” Kempy order a special session of the GA legislature to #FIX2020??? In a less sarcastic tone than the one I had last night, I suppose we’ll find out about ole Mark. After all, we do know that media publications lie, too. The media lied when they tried to say or even suggest that Lin had “flipped on Trump”, when all they had to go on was the fact that Lin had been subpoena’d as a witness. Has the media given anyone else that headline? Has the media accused any of the guilty-pleaing Defendants in Georgia of “flipping on Trump”? Even this article from the WSJ, in my view, is lying about some of its content. Regardless of my strong misgivings about Cleta Mitchell’s apparently tolerant view toward electronic voting systems, I think this WSJ article is lying about her “seeking to pressure the GA Secretary of State over unfounded claims of election fraud in that state.” In saying that, I am of course assuming that this article is referring to the same recorded conference call between President Trump and Brad Raffensperger back in January of 2021. In that phone call, I heard nothing to suggest that what President Trump or anyone else on his team were pointing out to Brad Raffensperger was “unfounded” or that they were pressuring Sec. Raffensperger to do anything based on something unfounded. Instead, I heard President Trump and others on the recording of that call urge Mr. Raffensperger to do the right thing. “Never give up on election integrity,” keynote speaker Mark Meadows said to me and 100+ others in the audience on Feb. 19, 2022. (Beyond that, the remaining 34 minutes had little if anything to do with election integrity.) Mark’s bold and robust speech on election integrity lasted about 34 minutes and was a little over “35 minutes” after having supposedly spoken to President Trump. I sure hope Mark Meadows has not given up on election integrity. The following ABC article suggests at a minimum he was a little late to catch on.
