3. የሞቀ ውሀ ውስጥ የተነከረ ፎጣ በአፍንጫዎ አካባቢ እና በላይኛው ጉንጮቾ ላይ በማድረግ በፊቶ አካባቢ የሚሰማዎትን ህመም ያስታግሱ።
4. አፍንጫዎን በሚገባ ያፅዱ፡
አፍንጫዎን በንፁህ እና ሞቆ በቀዘቀዘ ውሀ በድንብ አድርገው ያፅዱ።
5. በሞቀ ውሃ ይታጠኑ፡
በፎጣ ተሸፍነው የሞቀን ውሃ መታጠን ህመሞን በከፍተኛ ሁኔታ ይቀንሳል።
6. ከጭንቅላትዎ ቀና ብለው ይተኙ፡
ይህም በሳይነሶቻችን ውስጥ የሚገኙ ፈሳሾች በቀላሉ እንዲወገዱ እና መታፈን እንዳይኖር ያደርጋል።
