Starting a new job and joining a new team can be hard for some people. Blending in is the tricky one for sure. So with new members joining our family, we try to welcome them in the warmest ways possible, may it be going out for a meal or playing games. Last weekend was not an exception either! To get to know each other better (mostly to surface their darkest sides😄) we played “Mafia”. And it was fun to play this game with new people, you will know a lot about them and their personalities. We decided that from this week on we will have “all team” meetings twice a month. And this is the habit that most of the leading companies adopted. In these so-called retrospective meetings, we exchange ideas, feedbacks and expertise. As well as that, we do create an action plan for two weeks to realize Kaizen (continuous improvement) in the company. They enable us to get a step closer towards our vision. The first of these meetings was held today. The presenter was one of our project managers with a video presentation on “Work ethic” which was quite exciting and novel in a way.
