You have a passion for programming and for writing clean code and who will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users.
As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Improving back-end features and stability;
- Participating in Code Reviews & Pair Programming to ensure the quality;
- Monitor performance and bugs in order to guarantee a unique experience to users;
- Participate in the development of internal tools;
- Challenge, implement and demonstrate the new features being part of an Agile team
You must have:
- 3 years of experience with Ruby and/or Ruby On Rails;
- Understand the importance of building structured code that is fast, reliable and robust;
- Experience with automated testing (unit/integration/feature tests) (RSpec);
- Strong software architecture & data modeling skills;
- Strong knowledge of data structures, design patterns, and software engineering best practices
Nice to have:
- DevOps experience & affinity
- Experience with a JavaScript framework (eg. ReactJS)
