Realme's Deceptive Game: The Bootloader U-turn First, internal sources revealed that Realme is disabling bootloader unlock support worldwide, "except" for China users. Then, they briefly allowed unlocking after this news spread. In reality, they just allowed it for a while to "show" to the people that they "care" for them because servers have been killed once again. Hence, the internal source claim turned out to be correct. Realme's 2-month 'Security Upgrade' was just a fancy excuse to shut the door on bootloader unlock. They LIED to all of their users. From now, you CANNOT unlock bootloader on your Realme smartphones If a company can't support unlocking bootloaders, it goes against what makes Android appealing - Its open-source nature. Disabling bootloader unlocking is similar to making it like iOS.
