ACCURACY TIPS FOR ALL ORDERS

π Bring a Marker
You are strongly recommended to always carry a marker with you! When picking up multiple orders, label each bag with the order number or customer name. This prevents mix-ups and potentially account suspension.
π Check Number of Bags (1/3, 2/3, 3/3 etc.)
Before leaving the outlet, always verify the total number of bags for each order. Bag labels (e.g. 1/3, 2/3, 3/3) tell you exactly how many bags belong to that order. Collecting all bags upfront means no unnecessary return trips or delays to your next order.
π Cross-Check Before You Ride Off
Take 30 seconds to match the bags in your hands with the order on your rider app before you leave. Confirm:
β’ Correct number of bags βοΈ
β’ Correct customer name/order ID on each bag βοΈ
β’ No missing items flagged by the outlet βοΈ
Catching an issue at the outlet is always faster and easier than dealing with it mid-delivery.
βοΈ For Frozen & Chilled items
If your order includes frozen or chilled items (look out for the freezer label), collect them from the staff. Handling them correctly keeps your delivery clean and complete β no follow-up issues on your end.

Please check your rider app to see if it is a split order. The total number of bags should be equally split between the number of riders (Eg. If you are 2 riders picking up 6 bags, please take 3 each). Taking the right number means a fair workload for you and no complications at drop-off.

Wrong deliveries and missing items often result in more stress than necessary and potential account suspension. A quick check before you ride off saves you the hassle.

For protection against fraudulent customer cases, we highly recommend that you take clear and proper PODs for the delivery completed on both the rider application and phone. DO NOT take pictures of the customer without their consent, just the unit number and the food will do!
Should an order be flagged under Customer Never Receive:
- If a proper POD has been submitted, you can support your case and dispute π
- Provided that the correct unit number and order are both shown in the picture, we will be able to investigate and reinstate your earnings if you have submitted a proper POD π
- Please ensure that orders are delivered to the correct block, as PODs are matched to the PODs of past orders delivered to the correct block and unit number π
