Just a reminder on delivering orders accurately — because getting it right the first time makes YOUR ride smoother too! 💪 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✅ ACCURACY TIPS FOR ALL ORDERS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🖊 Bring a Marker You are strongly recommended to always carry a marker with you! When picking up multiple orders, label each bag with the order number or customer name. This prevents mix-ups and potentially account suspension. 🛍 Check Number of Bags (1/3, 2/3, 3/3 etc.) Before leaving the outlet, always verify the total number of bags for each order. Bag labels (e.g. 1/3, 2/3, 3/3) tell you exactly how many bags belong to that order. Collecting all bags upfront means no unnecessary return trips or delays to your next order. 🔁 Cross-Check Before You Ride Off Take 30 seconds to match the bags in your hands with the order on your rider app before you leave. Confirm: • Correct number of bags ✔️ • Correct customer name/order ID on each bag ✔️ • No missing items flagged by the outlet ✔️ Catching an issue at the outlet is always faster and easier than dealing with it mid-delivery. ❄️ For Frozen & Chilled items If your order includes frozen or chilled items (look out for the freezer label), collect them from the staff. Handling them correctly keeps your delivery clean and complete — no follow-up issues on your end. 👥 Split Orders Please check your rider app to see if it is a split order. The total number of bags should be equally split between the number of riders (Eg. If you are 2 riders picking up 6 bags, please take 3 each). Taking the right number means a fair workload for you and no complications at drop-off. ⚠️ Wrong Orders & Missing Items Wrong deliveries and missing items often result in more stress than necessary and potential account suspension.
