ENSO ACADEMY's 🔥 Essay ThinkLab — Think Deep. Structure Clearly. Write Effectively. 🔥 WEEK - 3 ESSAY TOPIC:
A lost battle is a battle one believes lost.
Brainstorm Wednesday to Saturday for 15-20 mins daily, and prepare a rough structure on Sunday and submit @Interior_Paz All the best.

Those who are looking for Personal Mentorship for UPSC 2027, please contact @Interior_Paz

Attributes expected from a Mentee for the maximum realisation of the Mentorship Programme Objectives: The 3 A's Accountability: Accountability to their own goal and accountability to Mentor Acceptance: Ability to Accept their mistakes without EGO's argument/resistance ( logical reasoning and analysis of Mentor's critical remarks is appreciated, but not egoistic arguments) Amenability: Readiness to act upon Mentor's suggestions by doing necessary amendments in one's approach and mindset Without any one of them, if an aspirant joins any mentorship or go to mentor, it's just waste of time and money. The word Mentorship became a common word now a days, and also good number of aspirants are joining it without knowing what actually a Mentor is and how to utilise Mentor. Rather they are expecting from Mentor approval for their sluggish and ignorant way of preparation ( just mentor should listen to their ego voice and say that " yeah everything is going well", "you are improving" , such kind of pleasing statements) and so called ready-made 'time tables' ( people are rushing to meet schedules, but not emphasizing on whether they really understanding the concepts or not) Mentor is not there to say pleasing statements or just to keep you in the loop with false belief that everything is good. Mentor duty is to do critical diagnosis of an aspirant's preparation, being equally critical in explaining the same and compassionately guiding them to do preparation with awareness by helping in rectifying the mistakes. From the past five years, seen a variety of expectations with which aspirants are joining mentorship without having any of the above mentioned attributes. Only very rare are real aspirants who are qualified to be mentee. Mentorship became a panacea in the market to clear UPSC, there most of the aspirants are blindly falling for that buzz word without knowing what is their need and what they have to get from mentor. Without Self-Analysis and Awareness, everything may end up adding another layer of ignorance to one's preparation, wasting lot of money and also productive time and efforts. Before looking for any mentorship program or personal mentor, ask yourself why you need it, are you ready to be a mentee ( having required attributes or not) and how to utilise Mentor's assistance? Prepare well with Awareness, also spend your productive time, efforts and money with Awareness (without falling in the alluring traps of market) All the best🌿 -mujō

🌿 ENSO ACADEMY's Free Initiative - Essay ThinkLab 🌿 Dear Aspirants, considering the nature of Essay Questions and the amount of thinking it required to gain a deeper understanding of the given Quote/Proverb, ENSO Academy is coming up with Weekly Essay Brainstorming Initiative - 🔥 Essay ThinkLab 🔥 Through this we will post weekly one essay topic every Wednesday, which you can brainstorm for the next 3-4 days (daily 15-20 mins) and also prepare a rough structure of 2 pages. For the initial 10 weeks, the purpose is only to brainstorm the given topic and prepare a rough structure, and not to write a complete essay. The reason is through the experience gained through mentoring both successful and failed Aspirants, what we understood is Aspirants are struggling in completing essays/writing good quality essays not because they are not able to write in given time/or they don't have examples or content, but because they are struggling after every passage, to think what to write and how to connect it to earlier and next passage/perspective, by this they are diluting the flow and overall quality of the essay and also taking more time than actually they need. As many Aspirants believe essay writing skills, especially dealing with the kind of philosophical essays UPSC is giving, won't come easily by joining an Essay Test Series or passively writing essays every week/month or listening to great lectures on YouTube about how to write an Essay, but through active and regular mental excercise. So making it a regular exercise to your brain - how to decipher a given topic and gather all the relevant ideas and structure them, you will be in a better position while writing a full length essay. As Essay is also a Paper with 250 marks, for the rest of the papers if you can give your entire day schedule, can't you give 15-20 mins a day for 3-4 days a week? This is the paper where one can have a chance to get above 120 on average, but because of negligence towards it and taking it up only after prelims, many are scoring around 90 only. So the choice is yours either to be in that 90 Zone or by giving weekly 60-80 mins and get a chance to score around 120. We try our best to give essay topics, through the lines of UPSC PYQ themes. All the best.

🔥🔥 UPSC CSE 2027 — STOP BEING CONDITIONED There is a lot of conditioning happening in the UPSC preparation market. First, fear is created: “UPSC is becoming tougher.” “Competition is impossible.” “You need to be extraordinary.” “You need high-end answers.” Then comes the solution: “Come to us. We will make you extraordinary.” But ask yourself—do they actually know your potential? Do they know your strengths, weaknesses, learning ability or capacity? If you are ignorant about the examination, it is easy to make you believe that you are not good enough and that someone else has the solution to your problem. This entire cycle survives on blind belief and lack of awareness. Don't be fooled by the market. Use your rational mind. Whenever someone makes a big claim, ask your rationality is it real and possible? Take the claim and check it against the UPSC Syllabus + PYQs. For example, I repeatedly hear students say: “Sir/Ma'am told us to read only these notes. Nothing else is required. You can answer everything from them—Prelims, GS Mains and Optional.” When those notes are actually cross-checked with the syllabus and PYQs, such claims often don't stand even basic scrutiny. Yet students blindly follow them. The result is: * Precious time wasted. * Independent thinking reduced. * Preparation restricted. * Potential underutilised. Don't prepare inside a cocoon of institutional claims. This doesn't mean you should reject coaching or mentors. Use them. But use them intelligently. Remember, that there is no single strategy for UPSC. The examination is diverse. Aspirants are diverse. Their strengths are diverse. Their paths to selection can be diverse. So respect your individuality. Don't blindly copy someone else's strategy just because it worked for them. Your preparation should be based on: Syllabus → PYQs → Reality of the exam → Your own assessment Not based on: Fear → Dependency → Blind belief Use institutions and mentors for your benefit. Don't allow yourself to be used by them.
Don't let anyone convince you that you are inadequate just so they can sell you a solution.
Preparation with awareness or preparation with ignorance — the choice is yours. So are the consequences. I hope you come out of the cocoon of false certainty soon—with awareness, rationality and confidence in your own potential. All the best 👍 @ensoacademy

🪴🌱🌿💐
Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and Act.
By constantly worrying and thinking that we are not preparing well, we will get nothing except negativity in our minds, which can spoil our entire day. It’s okay if you feel that you are not preparing well. Accept it as a fact and take full responsibility for it, without blaming anyone—whether it is an institute, a faculty member, a book, or anything else that you feel did not help you. Blaming others will not take us anywhere. Once you accept the situation and take full responsibility, it no longer needs to remain a worrying thought in your mind. Now, take action. Try to understand why you are not preparing well. Find the reasons, not excuses. You can do this on your own or with the help of someone you trust. Take action to identify the root of the problem. Then understand how those problems have actually affected your preparation and, most importantly, find a solution. Because if there is a problem, there is a possibility of finding a solution—whether it is in life or in mathematics. Unless you uncover the real problem, no solution or strategy will work effectively. This is where many aspirants struggle. They rarely take the time to identify their own problems with preparation. Instead, they often adopt someone else’s strategy as a solution. But that strategy may not work for you because it was designed to solve that person’s problem, not yours. Of course, if your problem happens to be the same, that strategy may work for you too. So, know your problem. Make an honest effort to find it. Then take the appropriate initiative to solve it. Don't waste your energy worrying about whether you are preparing perfectly. Identify. Accept. Act. Improve. Prepare with Awareness. 🔥 Be Positive. Be Happy. 😍 All the Best! 😊👍🏻 @ensoacademy
