نتكلم ع brucillosis او حمى مالطا 💜💜💜 تنتقل من الحيوان (اغنام ، ماعز ..)للانسان ، وغالبا عن طريق اللبن غير المبستر هي ثاني اشهر حمى بعد التيفوئيد فتره الحضانه 2 week (الاعراض) 💎🥳 غير محدده ومتنوعه ممكن تصيب اي عضو بالجسم 🥺ولو اصابت الجهاز التنفسي_كحه والتهاب بلعوم الجهاز العصبي _meningites الجهاز الهضمي _تقيؤ واسهال والم معده القلب_ التهاب غشاء التامور وغالبا يموت تسوي ايضا pneumonia ونقص شهيه وصداع واعراضها عامه والتهاب بالمفاصل لكن انت كطبيب كيف تعرفها؟؟ 🤔 #حمى متدرجه وتعرق شديد اشهر العلامات ، بالاضافه الى الم #بالمفاصل 🤗 ليش🧐؟ لانه هاي البكتيريا حتتجمع اكثر شي بالمفاصل واذا استمر المرض لسنه بدون معالجه حيصير مزمن وصعب شفاؤه تشخيص ..توجد طرق كثيره وافضل الpcr وعندك الculture لكن تطول لربما لشهر الى شهرين تكدر تسوي ايضا CBC , CBP حتى تتأكد من إعداد الكريات واي عضو تشك بي سوي تحاليل اله العلاج🥳 العلاج مالت حمى مالطا يعتمد ع العمر. وشده المرض 💡طفل اقل من ٨سنوات Doxycyclie+TMP+SMZ 💡طفل اكبر من ٨سنوات Doxycyclin+Rifampin ٦اسابيع كل ١٢ ساعه 💡اذا المريض عنده التهاب شغاف القلب او الmeningitis او التهاب مفاصل بسبب البكتيريا يعني الحاله مضافه استخدم العلاج الثلاثي Doxycyclin+Rifampin+Gentamycin لست اشهر عدا اخر واحد جنتامايسن اسبوعين. مده طويله حتى لا يصير relapse
