This reduces supply immediately. The transaction will be published publicly once confirmed. 📌 Phase 2: Protocol Burn Mechanism Up to 250M HMT will be allocated for ongoing burns tied to protocol usage. This includes a proposed 5% burn on every reward payout. Burns will be fully driven by on-chain activity, with no manual control, and a public dashboard will track all burn metrics.
