| 4 | 🗳 New Governance Phases: HMT Burn Mechanism ⚡️
🤩 Starts approximately June 5, 2026 at 11:01 AM GMT+3
📌 Phase 1: Immediate Burn
Up to 500M HMT (50% of 1B total allocation) will be permanently burned by sending tokens to the burn address (0x000...dEaD). This reduces supply immediately. The transaction will be published publicly once confirmed.
📌 Phase 2: Protocol Burn Mechanism
Up to 250M HMT will be allocated for ongoing burns tied to protocol usage. This includes a proposed 5% burn on every reward payout. Burns will be fully driven by on-chain activity, with no manual control, and a public dashboard will track all burn metrics.
Both proposals aim to introduce immediate supply reduction and long-term deflation aligned with network activity.

We ran the same moderation test twice, one year apart, using identical conditions.
The results were surprising:
• 2025: ~3% of images flagged (15 false positives)
• 2026: ~79% flagged (435 false positives)
Not only did the number of false positives increase significantly, but the way content was classified also changed.
