Waterkloof power is now restored .
Calls were closed in Menlo Park but I am using the old reference numbers as power is not restored. It has.been escalated to the head of election in the city.

And we wake to cold and powerless Saturday.
The wind has caused multiple outages in our ward. The cancelation of trimming of trees has now hit. They wouldnt even allow communities that offered a team with a cherry picker to assist.
This is a basic list of outages in Ward 82. It does *NOT list every house,* rather a street or area down.
If ours is not on it please send me the address and reference number to include and escalate. No updates are available and please remember its now on limited overtime during chaos.

More and more reports are coming to me that CoT is not using submitted readings and using inflated estimates with huge increase to accounts.
This is how to deal with an inflated account. Please use this ONLY for inflated accounts
1. Email customercare@tshwane.gov.za and declare a dispute. Include the account numebr in the subject line. Include a photo in small format of the meter reading
2. Email millyC@tshwane.gov.za GoldaM@tshwane.gov.za again with the account number in the subject line. Say that you have emailed a dispute.
Unfortunately the zoom platform is nonponger active.
Alternatively you will need to go to the finance offices in CBD or Centurion.
