1 – Small steps get us started
“ The secret of getting ahead is getting started.” Mark Twain
2 – Small steps add up to big results..
3 – Success breeds success
Just like compound interest, small steps add up to impressive gains.
4 – It is easier to stay consistent
It is easier to take small steps, manageable steps and establish manageable new routines than to start too big and run the risk of not being able to keep it up.
5 – It is easier to make progress
Small steps create a crucial early momentum. And this momentum is crucial if you want to thrive.
Because it is not so hard to get from 0 to 1, you gain more sense of achievement. This leads to more motivation, which makes it easier to maintain the new habits.
“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” Chinese Proverb
Good luck 🍀 :)

A lot of young people in their late teens or early twenties are into the idea of not asking for money from their parents.
It’s a great thought, but it doesn’t make much sense.
Why? Because most of these young people are just chasing ways to make money fast so they can buy things they’ve always wanted.
Instead, they should focus on building skills and knowledge by pursuing higher education.
That’s what will set you up and your family for life.

You don't lack time, you lack priorities.
Prioritize your good habits over time-wasting activities.

3. It's all about making the first step
It doesn't matter which task is at hand, once you make the first step - you're on the right path.
Walking to the gym is much more important than the actual workout when it comes to establishing the habit.

2. Set reminders
Before you practice your discipline muscles, remove obstacles in the way.
Forgetfulness is one such obstacle that can be easily removed.
Set reminders and notifications on your phone to perform the task.

1. Start small
Discipline takes time to build, and you should take it one small step at a time.
Aim to become more disciplined in a single area in your life.
For example: working out daily.
