Shocking contract language between Dominion Voting Systems and Maricopa County. Questions to ask your elections clerks at the end. See Adjudication section in image. 1) "The County requested the ability to configure adjudication" ?? 2) "(100) ImageCast workstations" !! 3) "The ImageCast Adjudication must allow for digital adjudication with customer-defined [definitions]..." !?
What this all means: voters or clerks feed paper ballots into Dominion tabulators. Those tabulators give an "ok" to the voters/clerks. Then, someone else after the polls close goes into the adjudication computer folder and decides who the vote was cast for!!! And, we voters are never told. In Marathon County WI in 2020 78 ballots went into this secondary computer folder; in Pinellas County FL it was over 16,000. See image. Proving again what I and Chris Gleason have been saying: there are 2 electronic folders inside the Dominion (and ES&S) software that the electronic ballots images can be placed into. The votes are counted off these digital images, not off the paper ballots. Once digital 1's and 0's it is easy to change the votes. Do you get the voters/clerks are NOT being told this is happening? Yet the clerks blindly accept "adjudication" in their voting machine manuals, on their output reports. For ES&S it is "blank ballots". Clerks, ask some hard questions such as to why are there 2 computer folders that ballot images can, and are, being placed into? Why aren't the ground level clerks told this? Why aren't the voters told their ballot images could be placed into 1 of 2 computer folders? Think if we still used wooden boxes, have 2 of them, behind a curtain. An unknown person takes your paper ballot, goes behind the curtain, decides which box your ballot goes into....and you don't know any of this is happening. We'd all be in an uproar, yet we have become sheep with the computers doing it. Shame on us all for letting it get to this point of insanity. Ask your election clerks, in writing, "did you know there are 2 computer files the electronic ballot images get placed into?" "Why are there 2?". "Who 'adjudicates' the images which do get placed into the secondary file?" "How come I was not told by the tabulator my ballot image could be placed in 1 of 2 computer folders?" "Is the word 'adjudicated' in any voting machine manual at all? why if yes?" "was my ballot in the last election 'adjudicated' - how would you know that clerk, you can't see the source code?". Pls be polite.
thanks goes to Silvio Costa for the contract image.
