15) The Central Government has appointed Retired Justice Sanjay Kumar Mishra as the Chairman of the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal ( GSTAT ).
➨ Justice Mishra previously served as the Chief Justice of the Jharkhand High Court.
➨ The GSTAT is the Appellate Authority established under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
