While I fully support the objective of women's empowerment and greater participation of women in public service, I believe that such a high percentage of reservation may significantly reduce opportunities for a large number of deserving General Category male job aspirants in West Bengal, where unemployment remains a major concern. Therefore, I humbly request the Government of West Bengal to reconsider this policy and either withdraw it or reduce the reservation percentage to a more balanced level, such as 5%, so that equal opportunities can be ensured for all candidates while continuing to promote women's representation in government services. A balanced approach would help achieve the goal of gender inclusion without creating additional challenges for other job seekers. ২০১১ সাল থেকে ইস্যু হওয়া জাতি শংসাপত্র (Caste Certificate) নিয়ে বড় আপডেট পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের রাজ্য সরকারের Backward Classes Welfare Department নতুন নির্দেশিকা জারি করেছে। ২০১১ সাল থেকে যত SC/ST/OBC Caste Certificate ইস্যু হয়েছে, সেগুলোর Re-verification (পুনরায় যাচাই) করা হবে। কীভাবে হবে? OSCAR Portal-এ নতুন “Reverification of Issued Certificate (From 2011)” মডিউল চালু হয়েছে। BDO / SDO / DWO / Enquiry Officer মাঠপর্যায়ে ও নথি দেখে যাচাই করবেন। >> Certificate সঠিক (Genuine) হলে পোর্টালে Verified হিসেবে থাকবে। >> Certificate ভুল / জাল (Not Genuine) প্রমাণিত হলে Cancellation Process শুরু হবে।
