السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته. اليوم عندما غادرت المشفى وطلعت الباص  حصلت سواق باص  ولفت انتباهي الذي تشوفونه (Ganglion cyst) طبعاً قد أخذت الاذن منه 🌚 . كمان حالات كثيرة في العيادة الاستشارية للجراحة  بالكويت  عتشوفوهن طبعاً كان دائرية ورطبة وليست مؤلمة لة بالخالص  فقلت نتكلم عليها بعض الكلام كالتالي 👇👇👇 Ganglion cyst:  ls a fluid-filled bump associated with a joint or tendon sheath.  They most often occur at the back of the wrist, followed by the front of the wrist.  Onset is often over months.  Typically there are no further symptoms. Occasionally pain or numbness may occur. Complications may include carpal tunnel syndrome. Other names Ganglia, synovial cyst, Gideon's disease, Olamide's cyst, Bible cyst, Bible bump.

Characters of malignant swelling in bones: 1/Pain at the site of swelling 2/short duration 3/rapid growth. Male with loss of face's hair indicates hypogonadism. Diabetic patient with peripheral numbness indicates uncontrolled DM, ulcers in diabetic patient indicates decrease of healing. Stiffness of small joints in the morning indicates (RA) Rheumatoid Arthritis. Do not perform surgical operation for bony protrusion(exostosis ) in children, because it near to epiphyseal plate , which is responsible for longitudinal growth. Trauma to knee joint then after one to five days swelling is developed this indicates synovial effusion . Trauma to knee joint then after 5minutes swelling is devloped this indicates hemarthrosis. Trauma to knee joint with wounds then after 2 weeks swelling is devloped with pain, tendrness, redness,fever,limitation of movement this indicates abscess.
