I must put a disclaimer, it does not refer to religious marriage. Because religious marriages are much more fair and balanced than western civic marriages.

In judaism: you again do everything in a nice way, no even talks about your belongings distribution, except in form of support of the kid.
In Christianity: there is no divorce even.
So obviously, all these are good, because they have some true form to it.
There is nothing bad in having a woman and you each committing to each other.
What I have against is western culture piece of paper called marriage certificate.
It is designed that in no way, absolutely no way benefits a man.
It's a contract.
So bad, that if it wouldn't be so popularized someone could argue it's made in bad faith.
