If you need me, I'll fucking tell you how to train, but you can find it online. Use common sense. Train five days, two days rest. Ideal is rest in between, but I do because if I bang some Tasha she fucks my entire fucking weekend with sleep and recovery... I rather then have two days weekend rest so I am ready for new week. But otherwise, I'd do definitely like two days, rest day, three days rest day.
