If you need me, I'll fucking tell you how to train, but you can find it online. Use common sense. Train five days, two days rest. Ideal is rest in between, but I do because if I bang some Tasha she fucks my entire fucking weekend with sleep and recovery... I rather then have two days weekend rest so I am ready for new week. But otherwise, I'd do definitely like two days, rest day, three days rest day.

I was master chair potato for some years. Working here didn't have time to sleep properly let alone anything. Now I am blessed, I can do these 90 days and get in shape I want. SUPER EASY! The easiest change ever!
