It is approximately 3 times a month meat. Up to 5 times a month fish. Rest vegetables.
Simply put, biologically, evolutionary, people didn't have meat every day, and also people didn't say no to meat when they found one. Fish they had more often. And this resembles why vegan diets are lacking minerals which they can get but not as naturally... the same way why over meating makes shitload of other issues for your organism.
