The perfect diet to my research is neither.
It is approximately 3 times a month meat. Up to 5 times a month fish. Rest vegetables.
Simply put, biologically, evolutionary, people didn't have meat every day, and also people didn't say no to meat when they found one. Fish they had more often. And this resembles why vegan diets are lacking minerals which they can get but not as naturally... the same way why over meating makes shitload of other issues for your organism.
This is the best way.

Ah, I won't be updating you on stocks anymore, I don't want to annoy you with my messages, every time I change a position. I took small profit on shorts of nflx and a bit more on meta, closed it and went back to pltr long I want to see if liquidity by fed gets continuation.
