And this one comes just DAYS before the 25th anniversary of September 11th.
We recently added a major development to our growing 9/11 timeline:
⚖️ A military judge threw out Khalid Sheikh Mohammed’s crucial 2007 FBI confession, ruling that prosecutors failed to establish that the statements were voluntary following years of CIA detention and coercive interrogation. (CBS News)
Now there’s another development.
🇺🇸 THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT APPEALING.
Military prosecutors have decided they will NOT attempt to reinstate KSM’s confession and instead intend to proceed toward his military-commission trial without it. (GV Wire)
Why?
According to the prosecution team’s communication to victims’ families:
An appeal could jeopardize the June 5, 2028 trial date. (WHMI Radio)
Think about the significance of the sequence.
🔹 After more than two decades of legal paralysis, KSM and three co-defendants finally receive a firm military trial date.
🔹 Days later, the military judge excludes what prosecutors had regarded as a crucial confession.
🔹 Rather than launching another potentially years-long appellate battle, prosecutors abandon their effort to use that confession.
🔹 They will instead move toward trial using the government’s remaining evidence, reportedly including financial records and phone records connecting KSM to the plot. (New York Post)
And all of this is happening as we approach the 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF 9/11.
That’s why I’m adding this as another entry in the 9/11 DECLAS / CONVERGENCE TIMELINE we’ve been tracking.
The important takeaway isn’t that this proves anything about what the eventual trial will reveal.
It’s that after YEARS of delays, plea-deal battles, suppressed evidence, appeals and litigation, the government has now made a consequential choice:
⚖️ KEEP THE MILITARY TRIAL MOVING — EVEN WITHOUT KSM’S CONFESSION.

The IDF says its targets included what it described as Hezbollah weapons storage facilities and a command center inside a building previously used as a hospital.

A Syrian refugee family living in Leipzig has a patriarch with three wives married under Islamic custom, 32 children and 25 grandchildren. According to reports citing Saxony’s Interior Ministry, the family receives nearly €100,000 a year in child-related state benefits. With five children now adults, the remaining 27 minors account for roughly €84,000 annually. Authorities say around two-thirds of the family’s members have criminal records. One son, Bilal A., was sentenced to 3.5 years after driving a high-performance Mercedes without a license and crashing into a group near Eilenburg in March 2023, killing four people. He remained free while appealing the sentence and was later arrested again for driving without a license. A lawyer representing the victims’ families said Bilal had “never shown remorse.” Another son, Mohamed, received 4.5 years for assaulting a tram passenger and involvement in a deal involving nearly 5 kg of methamphetamine, while his brother Rami has faced allegations involving violent crime, drug dealing and welfare fraud.
