While we have no hard evidence to suggest that Spencer Pratt's election was stolen, we know the mechanisms that are in place give them all the tools they need to do exactly that. Enjoy this 3 minute clip from Spencer. It IS NOT family friendly, but it is 🔥. Don't watch when the kids are around. This aligns with what we've been saying for years. THE FIX IS LOCAL! We'll be praying for protection for Spencer Pratt as he exposes the corruption in LA. https://x.com/spencerpratt/status/2065480031275544812/video/1?s=46

Back in November of 2023, we started fundraising to sponsor a brick on the Patriot Academy campus. At the time, it was just an idea — a way for Audit The Vote PA supporters to leave a lasting mark at a place dedicated to educating citizens and training leaders. Two years later, in November of 2025, we officially completed the campaign. And now… the brick is finally installed on campus. 🇺🇸 “TRUMP WON 2020 — AUDIT THE VOTE PA” For those who may not know, sponsoring a brick at Patriot Academy helps support the mission of training the next generation through a variety of programs. But this wasn’t just about putting words on a brick. It was about planting a flag for the principles we believe in when we started getting signatures for an audit. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who donated and helped make this happen. Seeing it in person was honestly emotional after such a long journey. Thank you for helping us leave a permanent mark on a mission that matters. ❤️🇺🇸

🇺🇸 Pennsylvania Primary Election Day is May 19th I’m honored to announce that I’m running for Republican State Committee in Beaver County. For years, I’ve worked alongside grassroots activists across Pennsylvania helping educate, organize, and engage citizens who care deeply about the future of our Republic. Now, I’m stepping forward to help bring stronger grassroots representation, transparency, and accountability to the state level. If you live in Beaver County, I would truly appreciate your support and your vote on May 19th. Because the fix is local. 🇺🇸

Scan.Check.Protect. I just had one of those moments that reminds me why this work matters. I got a call today from a woman who watches Flashpoint and follows Rick Green. She had reached out to Patriot Academy because she was concerned about something very personal… Her deceased father was being solicited by organizations in Florida about voting. Let that sink in. She lives pretty off the grid and didn’t want to use online tools herself, but she trusted me with his information. So while we were on the phone, I pulled up Scan. Check. Protect. Within seconds… ➡️ We verified that her father is NOT on the voter rolls in Florida ➡️ She had peace of mind ➡️ And we confirmed the system worked exactly like it should Simple. Fast. Powerful. This is why tools like this matter. You don’t have to guess. You don’t have to wonder. You can check for yourself. 👉 Take 2 minutes today and verify your voter registration (and your family’s): Scan. Check. Protect. Because transparency isn’t optional—it’s essential.

💬 Does this mean PA has to give voter records to the federal government? 👉 No. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling is about public access to election data (like CVRs)—not voter identities. 🧠 Key distinction: 💻 CVRs (data) → may be public 👤 Voter records → still protected ⚖️ Federal access? That’s governed by separate laws, not this case. 💥 Bottom line: Transparency of data ≠ access to voter information

💬 Can CVRs catch forged ballots? 👉 No. CVRs are just machine records of how ballots were read—not proof of fraud. 🧠 What they DO: ✔️ Show vote patterns ✔️ Track timing/order ✔️ Help spot anomalies 🚫 What they DON’T: ❌ Detect fake ballots ❌ Identify voters ❌ Prove fraud on their own 🔍 Think of them like a transaction log— they don’t prove wrongdoing, but they can point investigators where to look. 💥 Bottom line: CVRs = transparency tool, not a smoking gun

🚨 BREAKING: PA Supreme Court on CVRs The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled: 👉 Cast Vote Records are PUBLIC 💻 Machine data ❌ Not ballots 👤 No voter identity This overturns the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania’s stance that they should be hidden. 💥 Bottom line: Ballots = private Data about ballots = public (in many cases) Big win for transparency in PA.

🚨 BREAKING: PA SUPREME COURT RULES ON CAST VOTE RECORDS 🚨 This is BIG. And it just changed the conversation on election transparency in Pennsylvania. ⚖️ The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ruled: 👉 Cast Vote Records (CVRs) are PUBLIC RECORDS 🧩 What does that mean? CVRs are the digital records created by voting machines— basically a line-by-line record of how ballots were counted. ✔️ No voter names ✔️ No personal identity ✔️ Just the data 🔥 The fight was this: The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania said: ❌ “These are basically ballots → keep them secret” The Supreme Court said: ✅ “No. These are machine-generated records → they can be public” 💥 Translation: ➡️ Ballots = private ➡️ Data about ballots = public (in many cases) That distinction just set a statewide precedent. ⚠️ Don’t miss this: This doesn’t mean a total data dump with zero limits— but it DOES mean the door to transparency just opened. 🧠 Why this matters: ✔️ Independent analysis becomes possible ✔️ More accountability in how votes are counted ✔️ Courts just drew a line in favor of public access to election data 💬 Bottom line: For the first time at this level, Pennsylvania’s highest court has said: 👉 Election data ≠ ballots 👉 And the public has a right to see it 👀 This one isn’t over—but it’s a major shift. Watch what happens next.

While we appreciate the Pennsylvania Department of State putting this information out to the public, there is a significant flaw in their claim. A voter verifiable paper ballot that nobody can ever see after sliding it into a black box voting machine, the abyss of mystical tabulation, does not deserve public trust. There's nothing verifiable about any of these systems until they open their source code. Add to that the fact that every single attempt anyone has made to get a hand recount of the "verifiable paper ballot" has been denied. Trust the system? Nope.

🚨 Pennsylvania friends—this is why LegiTrack matters. I just looked up SB 812, and on the surface it sounds great: ➡️ “Enhanced examination” ➡️ “Malfunction reporting” But let’s be real… 👉 It’s lipstick on a pig. This doesn’t fix the core issue—we’re still relying on electronic voting systems the public can’t fully verify. Transparency isn’t more reports. ✅ It’s systems the people can actually audit. At a minimum: 👉 Open the source code Or better yet… 👉 Start moving away from these machines altogether This is why we use LegiTrack: So we’re not reacting to headlines—we’re tracking what’s actually happening. 👀 Are you watching your state? The fix is local. 🇺🇸
