| 4 | On Election Day in Anchorage, Alaska, I entered a polling location and gave election workers the name Brian Murkowski, Sen. Lisa Murkowski’s brother. I repeatedly told them I did not have identification and asked whether Brian could still vote.
After finding Brian Murkowski’s name on the voter rolls, election workers told me I could vote without presenting ID and offered me a question ballot, telling me it was “Absolutely possible” to vote without ID and later, “You can vote if you’d like to.”
Under Title 15 of the Alaska Statutes, a question ballot can be issued when a voter cannot provide sufficient identification. The voter fills out the ballot in the same manner as other voters, but the ballot is placed in an envelope and subject to further review. When the ballot box is opened, the envelope is segregated, counted, compared with the voting list, and delivered to the election officials responsible for reviewing the ballot.
I did NOT check in as Brian Murkowski, cast a ballot, or sign his name. We documented what happened when I gave his name, said I had no ID, and asked whether Brian could still vote.
At another Anchorage polling location, a member of my team used the name Karina Waller, Sen. Murkowski’s state director, and said she did not have identification. The worker confirmed they were at the correct polling place and offered the question ballot option after the person said they did not have ID.
Sen. Murkowski remains opposed to the SAVE Act, citing concerns that its voter documentation requirements could disenfranchise or alienate voters in rural parts of Alaska and create logistical challenges for some voters.
OMG went to Alaska to expose what happens when someone shows up at the polls without identification and gives the name of someone already on the voter rolls.
OMG has reached out for comment to Brian Murkowski, Lisa Murkowski, and Karina Waller.

| 5 | Remember when we were talking about reconciliation of election records?
One thing I want to remind people to get is the list of people who submitted a ballot for the election. Personally, I go even further than that.
I request a "ballots issued and received report" from my SOS after the election. Why the SOS? Because the report comes from the statewide election management system, which also houses our statewide voter registration data. I want it from the master source, not each county separately.
The ballots issued and received report provides me with each voter's:
- ballot ID,
- voter ID, county,
- first name,
- last name,
- DOB (in our case year of birth),
- gender,
- ballot status (accepted, rejected, sent, received...),
- challenge reason,
- sent date,
- received date (if returned),
- address (mailing address unless none is available, then it is registration address - where ever they sent the ballot),
- precinct,
- return method (drop box, mail, etc.),
- location (of drop box if applicable),
- issuance type (first issue, replacement, re-issued, etc.),
and
- issuance method (mail, email, etc.).
They should have all this info in one place for you. You probably need to specify the fields you want, because they usually do the bare minimum unless you get specific.
Keep in mind, mant of the things on this report only apply to mail ballots. You can adjust as need for your state. My state is all mail. | 526 |

| 14 | In 2025, Mojave Research received an assignment its founders never expected: examine security vulnerabilities in voting equipment used during Puerto Rico’s 2024 elections. What appeared to be a bounded technical project quickly became a journey through voting technology, digital forensics, incomplete evidence, institutional friction, and the difficult line between what a system could permit and what the evidence proves actually happened. Jason Wareham and Manbir Gulati will explain how Mojave became involved, what the team was asked to do, and how two outsiders to election administration found themselves examining technology at the center of a national argument about security and public trust. Jason will describe the origins and evolution of the assignment, along with the challenge of keeping a technical investigation tied to evidence when others already have firm expectations about the answer. Manbir will take the audience inside the technical problem at a level appropriate for public discussion: how investigators approach unfamiliar election systems, assess available hardware and software, reason from constrained artifacts, evaluate weaknesses, and separate a possible attack path from evidence of exploitation and what remains to ensure the security of these critical systems is inviolate. Mojave’s examination identified real software and security concerns. It did not YET find evidence that the equipment examined had been hacked or that votes had been altered. That distinction is central to the story—and to any honest discussion of election security. The talk will conclude with an announcement of, and invitation to, a private initiative aimed at reducing voting-system risk before the 2026 midterm elections absent of politics. This is a brief account of how a national-security startup entered an unfamiliar and politically charged field, followed the evidence through an unexpected assignment, and concluded that documenting the problem was not enough.
Jason Wareham is CEO of Mojave Research Inc. and CEO and Chairman of Agentic Secure Group. In 2025, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) engaged Mojave Research to examine security vulnerabilities in voting equipment used during Puerto Rico’s 2024 elections. Jason previously spent nearly two decades handling military, criminal-defense, and national-security matters. He served as a U.S. Marine Corps officer and judge advocate and reached the rank of lieutenant colonel. His work included trials, appeals, military commissions at GTMO, classified information, and digital evidence. The Marine Corps designated him a Master of Criminal Law, and he later worked as a senior litigation adviser and trainer before concluding his private practice. Jason holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, where his studies focused on cybersecurity, digital forensics, electronic discovery, and cybercrime. He earned his J.D. from Creighton University and authored “Cracking the Code,” a Georgetown Law Technology Review article about compulsory decryption and the Fifth Amendment. At Mojave Research, Jason works on national-security technology, secure artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and technical investigations subject to legal and institutional scrutiny. His approach is simple: establish what the evidence proves, identify what it does not prove, and resist pressure to blur the difference.

Election worker says, “You’re the ID,” referring to the registered voter serving as identification for the people they are vouching for.
Election worker confirms O’Keefe’s question about unregistered voters being vouched for: “I can vouch for them. They are not registered… That’s okay. That’s fine. Yeah!”
Election worker explains that a registered voter in the same precinct can vouch for up to eight people: “If you’re all in the same precinct and you are already registered, you can vouch for them as ID. Eight people.”

Citizens for NJ Election Integrity obtained the complete NJ voter rolls on July 31 (before the state shut down the system to “purge” the illegals) and then again on August 7 (post-purge).

There is a possibility you had an issue with your ballot. Some voters will be sent a supplemental ballot with another measure on it. (Forgot which races, but none involve candidates) You will need to send BOTH ballots back.
The county has reported 3 separate ballot issues this election and I find that unacceptable. There are several checkpoints in the process where these should have been caught. I hope they perform another useless L&A test for each new ballot! What else are they skipping out on? | 672 |
