Not all developments are based on rationality; many may arise from greed, election, hindsight, or impractical thinking. Not all discrimination is based on hatred and biases; it is good if it arises from rationality, nature, or reasoning. Not all facilities/services (Suvidha) are created equal; their effectiveness and accessibility can vary based on location, resources, and implementation. Jauhar is the last display of resistance toward pain and suffering caused by barbarians. Courage is the foremost requirement to display resistance to stop suffering. Those who did Jauhar should be honored for fighting till the end.

Most of the people don't get that "Vyas," was a lineage of Rishis. Krishna Dwaipayan Vyas may have created the earliest basic structure of the Mahabharata but more Rishis of the lineage later made modifications and addendum. Just like Constitution is modified.
