The OBC creamy layer is a trap because it's not a complete process. It's like one end process. The creamy layer candidates are made to give exams through general category seats. This increases the strain on the general seats but decreases the competition in OBC. The government should focus on the strain caused by the OBC Creamy Layer. This also increases the possibility of having more seats for OBC than their population. The solution is by making the OBC reservation more dynamic or removing the OBC creamy layer. The OBC reservation should be decreased and the new seats should be granted to general seats with the increase in the creamy layer. This Dynamic practice in OBC reservations will enable the same level of competition in both types of seats, it will be fairer for both seats, there won't be much strain in the general seats and there won't be more seats in OBC reservations than their population. Importantly, this will help the government and citizens understand the need of having more dynamic reservations in all types of reservation which will enable lesser caste politics and more fairness to all.
