To those who will not be able to submit their drug test consent form, you may opt to submit it at the SDFO,  room 151 of Velasco Hall.

[DRUG TEST CONSENT FORM SUBMISSION] IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! To all undergraduate students, Please be informed that the cut-off for the DTCF Submission today, Saturday, June 10, 2023, at AGH Lobby is at 3pm. To those who may not make it for the submission, you may submit the physical copy of your DTCF on or before your scheduled drug testing at SDFO Velasco Rm 152 from 8:00am-5:00pm, Mondays to Saturdays. [Single Parent Assistance Grant] Greetings Lasallians! The Office of the Executive Treasurer is now accepting applicants for the Single Parent Assistance Grant! The Single Parent Assistance Grant (SPAG) is a university-wide and institutionalized project by the Office of the Executive Treasurer that aims to help ease the financial worries of single-parented Lasallians (ID 122 and below) who are based in either the Manila or Laguna Campus. The Office of the Executive Treasurer recognizes the hardships and struggles that single-parented Lasallians experience. As such, this program intends to aid these students to worry less about their financial situation so that they are able to focus more on their academics and maximize their learning experience at De La Salle University. The application period is from June 5, 2023 to June 9, 2023.
