[DRUG TESTING FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS WITH ID 122 AND BELOW] This is to inform the student body to complete the Periodic Health Examination (PHEx.) The Health Services Office (HSO) will facilitate on-site drug testing for undergraduate students with ID 122 and below on the Taft campus from May 29 to July 15, 2023. An approved drug testing facility will do it on the Mezzanine floor, Br. Andrew Gonzalez Hall is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The results will be released at the Enrique Razon Sports Clinic on August 29, 2023. If students do not claim their drug test results by September 29, 2023, they will be forwarded to the drug testing provider's office, where they can be claimed later.
