📢 Guuys, if you would like to review your Referral/Deferral exam or in-class test scripts (hard-copy submissions only), the request period is now open. 🗓 Request period: 6 July (09:00 AM) – 10 July (11:59 PM) 🔗 Submit your request via: https://intranet.wiut.uz/ExamScriptRequest After submitting your request, you should contact the Module Leader to arrange an appointment to review your script between 13–17 July. Don’t forget to bring your student ID to the appointment 🪪 📌 Please note that this only applies to hard-copy exam and in-class test scripts. Coursework, portfolios, and take-home exams are already available on the Intranet. ⚠️ During the review, you are not allowed to remove scripts, take photos, scan, or copy them in any format. ⚠️ IMPORTANT ENROLMENT REMINDER FOR 2026/2027 AY ⚠️ Dear students, we have noticed that many students complete only the first part of the enrolment process and mistakenly assume they have successfully enrolled for the new academic year. Please note: ✅ Updating your personal information DOES NOT mean your enrolment is complete. The enrolment process contains TWO separate stages, and you must click “Create New” twice. Step-by-step: 1️⃣ Go to SRS -> Enrolment 2️⃣ Click Create New 3️⃣ Update your profile information and save it 4️⃣ Tick the declaration box and click Enrol 5️⃣ Return to the enrolment page 6️⃣ Click Create New AGAIN 7️⃣ Complete the academic enrolment section 8️⃣ Tick both required declarations 9️⃣ Click Enrol 🔟 Check your final enrolment status ❗️Your enrolment is completed ONLY if you can see the message: “You are enrolled for the 2026/2027 AY” If you do not see this confirmation message, your enrolment may not have been completed successfully. Please double-check your status to avoid any issues with your registration for the new academic year. 📢 Referral & Deferral Assessment Period Reminder Dear Students, The Referral/Deferral assessment period is approaching, so please make sure to check your examination details in advance ✅ 🗓 Assessment Dates: • Midterm Assessments: 8 June – 12 June • Final Assessments: 15 June – 19 June Your individual exam schedule and venue allocation can be found: 📌 In your WIUT SRS profile under “My Exams” 📌 On the Intranet Assessment Schedule Before your exam, please remember to: ✔️ Arrive at least 40 minutes early ✔️ Bring your WIUT Student ID card ✔️ Carry a blue or black pen ✔️ Prepare thoroughly for your assessment ⚠️ Important: Students must strictly follow examination regulations during all assessments. The use of unauthorised materials, notes, phones, smart devices, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. Any violation of exam rules may result in an Academic Misconduct case and a mark of zero for the assessment. We encourage everyone to review their schedules carefully and attend exams responsibly. Guuys, Progression and Awards Board 25/26 results are officially out on SRS now ✅ Please check your profile carefully, especially your: • assessment grades • module status • progression outcome We know many students are currently confused about PASS statuses, referrals, and condoned credit, so here’s the most important information in a clearer and simpler way 👇 If your module outcome on SRS says PASS ✅, this means you have successfully passed the module and do not need to complete any further assessment for it. This remains true even if one of the assessment components is marked as R (Referral). In this case, you are exempt from reassessment for that module. ⚠️ For CIFS and Level 4 students especially: if you received Condoned Credit, this also means the module is considered passed. Students with condoned credit should NOT attempt any reassessment components for that module during the referral/deferral period. This includes: • 📝 coursework resubmissions • 🎤 presentations • 📄 in-class tests or exams • 📌 any other reassessment tasks ❌ Any new attempt for a condoned module will not be considered. You only need to complete reassessment if: • your final module mark is below 40 (UG students) • your final module mark is below 50 (PG students) AND your module outcome shows REFERRAL. Please review your results calmly and carefully before preparing for any reassessment activities 💙 @SeventyPlus

Guuys, don’t panic because of the third component suddenly appearing in SRS 😭 We’ve seen that some students now have an additional resit attempt showing up in their assessment components, so here’s the important part: ✅ The overall passing mark for a module is still 40 and above ✅ If your overall module mark is 40+, it means you have PASSED the module So if you already have a passing overall mark, the extra resit attempt appearing in SRS should simply be ignored for now. 🗓 Official module statuses and confirmed marks will be released between 25–31 May. Until then, try not to stress too much over the system display, what matters is your overall module result. @SeventyPlus

📢 Thinking About Submitting an Academic Appeal? Read This First. After the release of marks, some students may consider submitting an academic appeal. Before doing so, it is very important to understand what an appeal actually is and what it is not. ✅ An appeal can only be submitted if there is evidence of a material irregularity, meaning the university procedures or regulations were not properly followed, and this directly affected your outcome. Examples may include procedural mistakes during marking, assessment handling, Board decisions, or MC claim processing. Before deciding to appeal, students are strongly advised to: • Carefully review the feedback provided for the assessment • Meet or communicate with the Module Leader to clarify any concerns • Make sure all marks have been officially confirmed • Identify clear evidence showing that a procedural irregularity occurred ❌ “I think my mark should be higher” is not considered valid grounds for appeal. 🗓 Appeal Submission Period: 1 June – 19 June 2026 ✉️ Appeals must be submitted using the official appeal form together with supporting evidence via: AcademicAppeal@wiut.uz ⏳ The review process may take up to 20 working days, and the decision will be sent to your university email. ⚠️ Important Reminder: If you have referrals or reassessments, you are still required to complete them while your appeal is being considered. 📢 Important Reminder: Module Mark Calculation (2025/26) Guuys, we would like to remind you about an important change in how your overall module marks are calculated. This applies to CIFS and Undergraduate students. 📘 What has changed? Previously, the “Qualifying Mark (30)” rule was applied. This meant that if you scored below 30 in any assessment component, the entire module was automatically considered a fail, even if your overall mark reached 40 or above. ‼️ Starting from this academic year, the “Qualifying Mark of 30” rule is no longer applied. ✅ Now, all component marks count toward your final module result, even if one of them is below 30. The overall pass mark remains 40! 📊 Example: Before: • Component 1 (50%): 62 • Component 2 (50%): 24 -> Overall: 39 (Referral), retake required Now: • Component 1 (50%): 62 • Component 2 (50%): 24 -> Overall: 43 (Pass), no retake @SeventyPlus
