📝 Course Change Request:
https://srs.wiut.uz/CourseChange/Student/Index
🗓 Important deadlines:
📚 Module Change:
25 August – 3 September 2026
🎓 Course Change:
25 August – 13 September 2026
⚠️ Please choose carefully! The opportunity to request a module change is available only once per year, so make sure you consider your optional/free choice modules for both semesters before submitting your request.

📢 Guuys, Late Enrolment for the 2026/2027 academic year is now open!
If you missed the regular enrolment deadline but would like to continue your studies next academic year, you still have a chance to complete the Late Enrolment procedure 👇
🗓 Late Enrolment period:
24 August – 13 September 2026
🔗 Start by checking your enrolment status on SRS:
https://srs.wiut.uz/
What do you need to do? 👇
1️⃣ Check your enrolment status on SRS.
2️⃣ Clear any outstanding tuition fee debts.
⚠️ You will not be able to access Late Enrolment until all outstanding debts are settled.
For payment-related questions:
📩 wiutfindep@wiut.uz
3️⃣ Pay the Late Enrolment fee.
The fee is 1.5% of the total annual tuition fee.
💡 Please ensure that the payment is made on a working day, as payment verification may take 1-2 working days.
🎥 Payment instructions:
https://srs.wiut.uz/files/pay.mp4
4️⃣ Once your Late Enrolment payment is confirmed, you will receive a notification via your student webmail.
5️⃣ After confirmation, you will be able to complete Enrolment and Module Registration.
⚠️ Very important: Paying the Late Enrolment fee alone does not mean that your tuition fee obligations are completed.
After your Module Registration is approved by your Course Leader, you must complete the required tuition fee payment.
📅 Final tuition fee deadline: 23 September 2026
Failure to complete the required payment by this date will result in the suspension of your studies, meaning you will not be able to continue your studies in the 2026/2027 academic year.
A few important reminders 📌
📚 You must register for your core and optional modules within the deadline. Otherwise, the University may select modules on your behalf, without the right to appeal.
🎓 Progress Trailing students must register for 140 credits, including failed core modules or an alternative optional module where applicable.
✅ If you received Condoned Credit (applicable to CIFS and Level 4 students), it means you have passed that module.
💡 Make sure you register for a sufficient number of credits and consult your Course Leader or Academic Adviser if you’re unsure about your module choices.
❗ Once your Course Leader approves your Module Registration, you will not be able to change your modules.
🚨 Most importantly: If you do not complete Late Enrolment by 13 September 2026, your studies will be suspended and you will not be able to continue in the 2026/2027 academic year.
P.S. This procedure applies only to continuing/returning students and is not relevant to newly admitted students.

Repost from SU Edu&Welf
📢 Many students are asking about the difference between Optional and Free Choice (Elective) modules, so here’s a quick explanation 👇
📚 Optional Modules
These are modules related to your own course and are designed to deepen your knowledge within your field of study.
🌍 Free Choice (Elective) Modules
These modules are open to students from all programmes. They are selected by the University from different faculties and give you the opportunity to explore a subject outside your main area of study.
💡 In short:
• Optional modules = related to your own degree programme.
• Free Choice (Elective) modules = available to students from all programmes.
I hope this makes choosing your modules a little easier!
Best regards,
SU Education & Welfare Executive

📢 Guuys, if you’re thinking about submitting an Academic Appeal regarding the Referral/Deferral Assessment Board decision, please read this first 👇
Before submitting an appeal, make sure to:
• review the feedback for your assessment;
• if your concern is related to an exam, request a script review following your Faculty Administration’s instructions.
⚠️ An appeal can only be submitted if there is evidence of a material irregularity, for example:
• the Progression & Award Board procedures were not properly followed;
• the Mitigating Circumstances procedures were not properly followed.
❌ You cannot appeal simply because you believe your mark should have been higher. Appeals based on academic judgment are not considered.
🗓 Appeal submission period:
20 July – 7 August 2026
📩 Submit the completed appeal form, together with supporting evidence, to:
AcademicAppeal@wiut.uz
💡 If you need advice on whether your case meets the appeal criteria, you can contact:
academicsupport@wiut.uz
Please note: This information applies only to appeals against the Referral/Deferral Assessment Board’s decision. Appeals against an Academic Misconduct Panel decision follow a different procedure and must be submitted within 10 working days from the date of the decision.

⚠️ IMPORTANT ENROLMENT REMINDER FOR 2026/2027 AY ⚠️
Dear students, we have noticed that many students complete only the first part of the enrolment process and mistakenly assume they have successfully enrolled for the new academic year.
Please note:
✅ Updating your personal information DOES NOT mean your enrolment is complete.
The enrolment process contains TWO separate stages, and you must click “Create New” twice.
Step-by-step:
1️⃣ Go to SRS -> Enrolment
2️⃣ Click Create New
3️⃣ Update your profile information and save it
4️⃣ Tick the declaration box and click Enrol
5️⃣ Return to the enrolment page
6️⃣ Click Create New AGAIN
7️⃣ Complete the academic enrolment section
8️⃣ Tick both required declarations
9️⃣ Click Enrol
🔟 Check your final enrolment status
❗️Your enrolment is completed ONLY if you can see the message:
“You are enrolled for the 2026/2027 AY”
If you do not see this confirmation message, your enrolment may not have been completed successfully.
Please double-check your status to avoid any issues with your registration for the new academic year. If you experience any difficulties, please contact the relevant university department for assistance.
