The 2nd part is critical, especially the words "which may."
It didn't say Israel must halt entirely and unconditionally.
Israel will be within its rights to contend the operation in Rafah does not inflict that which the Court said should not, and therefore continue, perhaps with some modifications.

Então, Donald Trump realizou hoje um grande e bem-sucedido comício no Bronx. Isso em si é, em muitos aspectos, notável, mas o que considero bastante digno de nota não é o que aconteceu, mas o que NÃO aconteceu. Deixe-me explicar.
A população do Bronx é predominantemente negra e hispânica. Tal como a maioria dos centros urbanos da América, o Bronx sofre com quantidades desproporcionais de crime, pobreza, consumo de drogas e gangues. Com isso em mente, deixe-me contar o que NÃO aconteceu neste rali:
1. Trump não usou um sotaque afetado e falso de um A.M.E. Ministro de Sião ou Chi Chi Rodriguez (Ver: Hillary). Ele era simplesmente Trump, sem ares nem palavras ou pensamentos condescendentes.
2. Ele não disse ao povo do Bronx que eles eram vítimas. Ele disse-lhes que eles eram poderosos e poderiam resolver sozinhos os problemas da sua comunidade.
3. Ele não demonizou nenhum grupo de americanos como o malvado “Outro”. Sim, ele criticou as políticas falhadas dos Democratas e zombou das suas fraquezas, mas lembrou a todos que somos todos americanos em primeiro lugar, de costa a costa.
4. Ele não prometeu resolver os problemas do Bronx com doações ou redistribuição de riqueza. Ele apenas prometeu que ajudaria a estabelecer as condições económicas nacionais para que a própria comunidade pudesse resolver os seus próprios problemas através de empregos, negócios e educação. Ele prometeu empoderamento, não vitimização.
Compare tudo isso com o que um democrata diria nas mesmas circunstâncias. Caramba, compare isso com o discurso vil de ódio e vitimização que Biden fez no Morehouse College no fim de semana passado. A diferença é impressionante.
O que assusta os democratas nesta manifestação é que lhes mostra que as pessoas cujos votos eles consideraram garantidos durante muitas décadas estão a começar a abandonar a plantação democrata da vitimização em favor da mensagem edificante e fortalecedora de Donald Trump e da sua aspiração de tornar a América um lugar que é “ótimo de novo” para TODOS os americanos. | 30 | 0 | Loading... |

So Donald Trump held a huge, wildly successful rally in the Bronx today. That itself is in many ways remarkable, but what I find quite noteworthy is not what happened, but what DID NOT happen. Let me explain.
The population in the Bronx is predominantly black and Hispanic. Like most of America’s urban centers, the Bronx suffers from disproportionate amounts of crime, poverty, drug use and gangs. With that in mind, let me tell you what did NOT happen at this rally:
1. Trump did not put on an affected, fake accent of an A.M.E. Zion minister or Chi Chi Rodriguez (See: Hillary). He was simply Trump, without airs or any patronizing words or thoughts.
2. He did not tell the people of the Bronx that they were victims. He told them that they were powerful and could solve their community’s problems themselves.
3. He did not demonize any groups of Americans as the evil “Other.” Yes, he criticized the failed policies of Democrats and poked fun at their foibles, but he reminded everyone that we are all Americans first, from coast to coast.
4. He did not promise to solve the problems of the Bronx with handouts or wealth redistribution. He merely promised that he would help set the national economic conditions so the community itself could solve its own problems through jobs, business and education. He promised empowerment, not victimhood.
Contrast all of this with what a Democrat would say under the same circumstances. Heck, contrast it with the vile speech of hate and victimhood Biden gave at Morehouse College this past weekend. The difference is stunning.
What scares Democrats about this rally is that it shows them that the people whose votes they have taken for granted for many decades are starting to leave the Democrat Plantation of Victimhood in favor of the uplifting, empowering message of Donald Trump and his aspiration to make America a place that is “great again” for ALL Americans.
