| 3 |  AFTER 51 DAYS OF TRIAL — ONE HEARING TO DETERMINE DISCLOSURE FROM THE PROSECUTION.
This Thursday, 10 September, 9.30am, the State Courts hear my application for disclosure of documents and records in my ongoing trial (PP v Iris Koh & Ors).
What the application covers:
The events of one night in January 2022 at MOH. How this investigation began, and how it was conducted. The records of my remand. A seized phone, and messages that disappeared. And more — all of it already raised on the court record, over 51 days of trial.
I started this trial with a lawyer. I stand now as my own counsel — cross-examining police officers, ministry officials and forensic examiners myself, page by page, day by day.
This is the hearing before the Prosecution closes its case. What the Court decides on Thursday shapes what the defence gets to see before that door shuts.

| 4 | Today, Parliament is about to make amendments to the HSA Bill.
Nothing in this Bill answers the 4 important questions set out by the review committee convened after the Sars Lab leak of 2003.
This was one of the warning and benchmark set out by the Review Committee of 2003 under PM Goh Chok Tong at the time.
"It is also important to encourage an atmosphere of trust and confidence that the team members are working safely and feel that they can openly communicate any of their concerns without discrimination. Staff need to be willing to immediately report any biological safety incidents and feel that they will be treated openly and without the threat of punishment. Otherwise, incidents may go unreported and then there may a very serious situation to resolve."
That is Singapore’s own review panel, commissioned by the Ministry of Health, saying in 2003 that a system which punishes people for raising concerns will not hear about its problems until they are past solving.
In this report, I set out why MOH and HSA have failed miserably to follow the advice of the Review Committee and WHY they should not be given additional powers to handle dangerous pathogens without extra checks and balances.
Perhaps all my suffering in the past 5 years have led to this moment. To warn everyone about what is about to happen in Parliament.

This coming week my criminal trials resume. Sept 10 is confirmed and my Kadar application will be heard. I have applied for certain categories of documents to be handed over by the Public Prosecutors to me.
These include:
1. Audit Trial of Patient's phone, specifically how telegram messages between me and Patient Witness went missing suddenly.
2. Docs related to Geno Ong and the investigations.
3. Information related to zoom meeting when I was in IMH and Dr. Stephen Pang wanted me to see the judge in the middle of a doctors' appointment.
Don't miss the exciting criminal trials of the "Fake Vaccine Conspiracy". The Prosecution also indicated that they will be closing their case soon.
There are technically 3 more patient witnesses whom they may not call to the witness stand anymore.
If the judge agrees with me that I don't have a case to answer, then I don't have to mount any defence and I will be free from these cases.

| 9 |  The Tragedy of Geno Ong.

Two years ago today, Geno Ong took her own life.
One year ago today, the Attorney-General's Chambers delivered the Section 74 application to our house. On a Saturday — a day they don't usually serve paperwork.
I was shocked when I opened the thick bundle and saw the photograph of her inside the coroner's report. I spent the next year fighting for my civil rights. The application asked the court to bar me from starting any case without its permission first.
That application is now over. I survived, and I live to tell the tale. As hard as the coroner's report was to open, it gave me something I did not have before: a complete picture of what happened, and of who she was speaking to in the period before her death.
One thing stood out. In an email to a friend — an email the AGC itself put before the High Court — she wrote that she had timed her final post for "maximum damage on the evil couple", and had written it in a way designed to get around Facebook's algorithm.
By her own account, that post was not only a farewell. It was a final attack.
It is over for me. A General Civil Restraint Order was made against Raymond, and he is appealing. I will say nothing about his appeal while it is live.
Later today I will shred the Section 74 papers — the same papers that arrived at our house one year ago.
Closure comes when the truth and the facts are out. Without them nobody can grieve properly — not her family, and not us. I believe only the truth can heal the pain, and the divide, between us and the people who loved her.

I grieve that she died. I did not cause it. I could not have. She was never in my life, except as a name on a screen. But she made us central to hers, on allegations she never once put to the only two people who could have answered them.
And there is something I keep returning to.
In 2016, long before any of this, she approached Raymond because she wanted to give him a book. It was by Dzong-ka-ba — the Tibetan master who wrote the great treatise on the stages of the path. That is how it began. Not with enmity. With a gift, and a shared interest in the dharma.
So it feels right to remember her with something from the tradition she first reached out to us through.
In the age of social media, it is timely to remember the ten nonvirtues as set out by Dzong-ka-ba. Four of them belong to speech: lying, harsh speech, idle speech, and divisive speech — words spoken to separate people who are close, or to keep apart those already divided. Divisive speech is the one I keep thinking about, because its harm does not stay with the person who speaks it. It travels. It takes root in people who never checked it. It outlives the one who spoke.
I do not write this to condemn her. I write it because it is a teaching that measures all of us, and I include myself in that. Almost everyone has repeated something about someone they never thought to ask. The book she wanted to give Raymond is, among other things, a warning about exactly that.

On Tuesday 8 September, Parliament takes the second reading of the Health Sciences Authority (Amendment) and Other Matters Bill (Bill No. 17/2026).
I've written it up through two case studies, 23 years apart.
Case Study #1: SARS 2003
The Warning. SARS escaped a laboratory in Singapore; a doctoral student at NUS was infected through cross-contamination.
A review panel convened at the Ministry of Health's request, with the World Health Organization, found the records so poor that basic questions could not be answered, and that Singapore had no legislated biosafety standards at all — the finding that produced the Biological Agents and Toxins Act 2005.
That panel set out four things this work requires:
1. Complete records
2. A documented chain of custody for dangerous agents moving between laboratories
3. Certification audited by experienced and accredited external auditors
4. People able to raise concerns "without the threat of punishment"
Case Study #2: January 2022 — the fake saline vaccination case.
My criminal trial is ongoing and it will be decided by a judge on the evidence, not by anything published here — and I would not want it otherwise. Nothing in this post asks you to decide my guilt, or anyone else's. The Ministry of Health is not on trial; neither is HSA. I am not writing about my charges.
What I am writing about is process — and I am doing it because I have had an unusual vantage point. For nearly two years I have stood in a courtroom and questioned, under oath, the officials who conducted an investigation.
Very few citizens ever get to test, in public, whether the standards these institutions profess are the standards they keep. I did.
So I have taken the panel's four tests and measured against them what came out in open court, quoting prosecution witnesses' own sworn answers under cross-examination. Records. Chain of custody. Independent scrutiny. Informed consent. The exchanges are set out in full so you can judge them yourself.
This Bill moves the Biological Agents and Toxins Act and the Human Biomedical Research Act — our law of consent — into the office of HSA's Chief Executive. In 66 pages, the word "appeal" does not appear once.
I
am not alleging wrongdoing by anyone. I am not asking Parliament to reject this Bill. I am asking Parliament to pause it until these questions have real, public answers on the record.

They tried to shut me down. It didn't work. I intend to finish strong.
For almost a year, the AGC tried to have me declared a vexatious litigant — a Section 74 order that would have frozen every case I have and barred me from court without permission.
On 4 August the High Court said NO. The AGC's time to appeal has passed with no appeal. Based on my research, I'm the first person in Singapore's history to survive an AGC Section 74 application.
It's not a clean win — I'm under a lesser two-year order and must ask permission before starting any new case. But every case I already have is untouched (Justice Hoo Sheau Peng wrote that into the order herself), there were no costs against me, and I've decided not to appeal. Given the odds — the whole weight of the State against one citizen — I consider that a VICTORY.
The Court gave me two years. I'm giving myself the same: finish my COVID work, see every lawsuit through — Dways on 25 Sept, Beatrice Choong on 12 Oct, Ben Leong being set down — and write the whole story for the world.

WHY READ THE REPORT
The whole thing was triggered by the Fauci Senate hearings. In July the US Senate released 5,107 pages of Fauci's files. I searched them for one word — Singapore — and found two Singapore grant numbers in the funding line of a paper co-written with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Following those numbers led to our Ministry of Defence funding bat virus research at Duke-NUS; a coronavirus hunt in Singapore's parks with three Wuhan scientists as co-authors, four months before the outbreak; the same Duke-NUS bat colony named in DEFUSE, the proposal the Pentagon rejected as too close to gain-of-function work; and four US Pentagon awards to NUS under a fund literally called "Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction". That is where the title comes from.
The report also tells the five years behind it: the lawsuits, the work, and what it has cost to stand up against medical tyranny and globalist capture. I will continue to write and speak for those of us who have been fearlessly and relentlessly sharing information around the world, warning our friends and families that this was NEVER about health.
They can take away my name. They can take away my dignity. They will never take away the TRUTH.
