Commentary | Assoc Prof Peace Wong (NUS Social Work) on MSF's plans to improve the social service sector At the Year of Celebrating Social Service Professionals Closing Event by Ministry of Social and Family Development on 9 Dec 2025, A/P Wong was interviewed about the importance of supervision in the social service sector, where she highlights the need to develop standardised practices and training for supervisors in order to help social workers more effectively.
